水明漾IZE生活方式度假酒店 (IZE Seminyak by LifestyleRetreats)

第一天入住，蓮蓬頭的水，聞起來像下水道的味道，因為只是因為剛好那間房太久沒人入住才會這樣，第二天要洗澡時，還是一樣的問題。熱水也不是很熱，飯店人員有即時處理，但也沒什麼改變。早餐倒是不錯。

服務很好，早餐豐富好吃。地理位置超棒，逛街喝酒都方便！酒店7樓泳池很大很乾凈，就是關門太早啦！8點就沒法遊了

it’s lovely - very clean with lots of space and comfortable beds. We were road side so the room was noisy at night and getting to sleep was a bit of a problem, also the breakfast was poor. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

整體都很好。要挑剔的話：廁所門柄、扭水喉的掣較難使力，有點難開關。沒有一般垃圾桶。

We stayed here for 3 nights in a room with a jacuzzi. The room was beautiful, modern, and had a lovely ambiance. The location is very central, with plenty of food options nearby, which was very convenient. The staff were always smiling and very friendly, which made the stay welcoming. Breakfast was both buffet and à la carte, and the food was good. However, service at breakfast could be improved — each of the three mornings we had to call the staff several times before they took our order, as they weren’t paying much attention. A couple of things that could have been better: • We weren’t informed that the pool closes at 8 pm, which was disappointing as we had planned for a late swim. • While the room was excellent overall, adding small touches like pool rules in the room would have made it even more comfortable. On the positive side, there was no noise at all — I slept like a baby every night, which made the stay extra relaxing. Overall, a lovely modern hotel with great location and friendly staff, but service during breakfast and clearer communication on facilities could be improved.

クタ中心地にあり、立地重視で選びました。歩いて2,3分のところに有名なナイトクラブがあるので帰りがとても楽です。屋上にもプールがあるため晝はのんびりと過ごせます。お誕生日カードもありがとうございました。

家人們誰懂啊，這家酒店簡直是我的夢中情“窩”！一進房間就像掉進了軟綿綿的大懷抱，床舒服得我差點起不來。各種設施像小衞士一樣隨時待命。餐廳美食像小炸彈，一口驚艷。工作人員熱情得像小太陽，必須安利給全世界🤩！文藝風 踏入這家酒店，彷彿步入靜謐桃源。客房佈置精緻，床品柔軟似雲端，伴我一夜好眠。浴室設施先進，熱水即開即有。餐廳美食多元，本地特色與國際風味完美融合。服務更是無可挑剔，員工熱情周到。下次來這城市，必還選此處棲息🌙。 直白風 住過那麼多酒店，這家必須五星好評！房間寬敞乾淨，採光佳，窗外風景美。配套設施齊全，健身房器材新。早餐豐富多樣，味道超棒。前台辦理入住和退房迅速，有問題解決得也快。性價比超高，出行住宿選它不踩雷👍。

It’s a superb location along the main street in Seminyak, surrounded by restaurants and massage parlours, and minutes away from Seminyak Sq. Staff were friendly and helped me promptly to resolve an issue with an extremely noisy family in the room beside mine. But as a female solo traveller, the ceiling to floor glass panels right beside the toilet bowl and shower area made me extremely uneasy. The glass panels faced a wall but there was a small ledge outside, could fit one person by width. It was locked during my stay and I was told no one could open it from outside. But what about cameras or people upstairs? The next day as I found out, there was renovation carried out in the room right above mine and I could see people standing on the ledge above my room. I dunno if they could see through the gaps in the ledge and into my washroom but I made sure not to use my bathroom all day until the renovation ended. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I feel the glass panels could be frosted or blinds could be installed on that side, just like how the panels facing the room are frosted and come with blinds. The walls of the room also seem rather thin. Doesn’t help that mine was a connecting room with a door to the next room, so I could hear every convo next door and the slamming of the bathroom door and main door, and also a kid who was bouncing a beach ball against the wall and room floor. The staff took action to remind the customers next door but I guess that can’t be there every minute. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep until wee hours of the night when the family finally stopped talking. In all, I think I would return due to the location. The hotel would be even better if the glass panel issue in the bathroom could be resolved!

部屋も清潔で快適でした。すぐ前にコンビニやレストランもあり、立地が良いです！スタッフも笑顔が良く親切です！ 食堂には日本語スタッフが居てスムーズにメニューを聞いたりできました。食事も種類が多くてすごく美味しかったです。
