位置方便，附近就有便利店，大型超市及網紅餐廳。 酒店設施也滿足不同需求。服務親切。 清潔的床單上有洗不掉的血漬，雖不影響正常使用。 除此之外非常滿意。

노후화나 4성급이라고 해서 고민끝에 원베드룸풀빌라로 예약했는데 매우 만족합니다 풀사이즈도 크고 욕실도 크고 방이나 거실도 좋습니다 오래된 노후화보다는 빈티지스럽다고 말하고 싶네요 걸어서 5분거리 안으로 메이드인 발리 빈땅슈퍼도 있고 숙소앞에 환전소 편의점 마사지샵 크고작은 상점도 있고 랄프로렌폴로 매장은 바로 길건너에 있습니다 그랩도 잘잡히구요. 4성이라 조식이나 서비스는 그에 맞구요

設備は古いし排水も良いとは言えませんが 綺麗に清掃してくださっていて 気持ちよく利用させていただきました。 こちらは何と言っても スタッフの笑顔、対応が素晴らしく、機會があれば 是非また利用したいと思います。 メールやwhatsupからの質問に対する返信も 早く的確です。 私は空港からのピックアップサービスを メールで直接ホテルに依頼しました。

I recently stayed at this hotel in Seminyak and was thoroughly impressed! The property offers a «5-star feel» with its beautiful design, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is «right in the heart of Seminyak», making it incredibly convenient. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Whether you're looking for boutique shopping, vibrant nightlife, or cozy coffee spots, everything is nearby.

Here's a polished version of your feedback: "Dear Haven Hotel Seminyak Team, I recently stayed at your hotel from June 12-15 and wanted to share my feedback. *Positive Experience:* - Yuda at the pool was very kind and Trishna at the reception provided exceptional service, recognizing us as loyalty members and offering a complimentary upgrade. Their attentiveness made our stay special - The birthday decoration in my room was simple yet wonderful! It truly made the celebration memorable. Kudos to the team for keeping up the good work! *Area for Improvement:* - Unfortunately, a green singlet went missing on Day 2, possibly during housekeeping was cleaning the room it got wrapped up with the towel on the chair . I hope the housekeeping team can be more careful in handling guests' belongings. - When I reported the issue, I didn't receive a follow-up or update on the status, which was disappointing. saya dapatnya kamar deluxe untuk 2 hari. di hari kedua upgrade di kamar premiere. terima kasih atas pelayanan resepsionis atas nama trisna. untuk harga segitu sebelumnya di hotel ini dapat room pool access. room deluxe nya not rekomended. fasilitas kliatan tua tidak terawat.

This hotel is popular among Australias. I booked a standard room for my two last night in Bali and got a bad room experience. AC did works, bathtub was leaking, the noise from the street is terrible and had a hard time to sleep. I tried to adress this to the staff but had the feeling they already was aware of the issues in the room but gave it to me anyway as solo traveler. They said sorry but didn’t offer any compensation for ruin my night. I would not stay here again. And the rooms are very wore down and old.
