위치도 너무 좋고 숙소 컨디션도 좋았습니다. 공용수영장이 길 건너편에 있는게 조금 불편하지만 길건너는 것도 도와주시고 그렇게 멀지 않아서 좋아요. 복층에 티비도 두대나 있어서 좋았습니다. 유튜브나 넷플릭스 계정도 연결되어 있어서 바로 볼 수 있어서 편했어요 🤎

Loved it - really amazing place

The service for the hotel was very nice and the breakfast not bad too. The staff very polite and greeted. There are some issue for the hot water shower during our stay, managed to ask the staff to resolve the issue and the air cond are really noisy. Overall is not bad for the stay

There are many restaurants nearby. Great staff. Very new and cleaned room. It’s beyond our expectations!

非常適合情侶出遊，房間舒服，室外泳池和浸浴都不錯。樓上的loft 也絕對值得一讚。有機會也會再來的。

Задумка у отеля очень хорошая в плане интерьера с наличием гамака в номере. Но немного уже все уставшее(полотенца, унитаз) завтраки вообще немного скудные из тех что я видела за свой отдых, так как в первый день был испорченный сок. Может конечно бюджет потому что за номер не большой. Так что имейте ввиду это типо 4 но здесь вы не почувствуете уединение с природой типо Убуда. А наличие бассейна в номере но больше удаленность от пляжа и прогулочных улиц заставит задуматься. Но опять сравнение оценочное

В эту поездку проехали весь остров с юга на север(Нуса Дуа, Убуд, Сингараджа, Кинтамани) сменив 7 отелей, поэтому есть с чем сравнивать. В Astera наш кошмар начался с заселения: почти 15 минут сидели под дверью нашей комнаты, пока с третьей попытки, лишь призвав инженера, ее нам открыли. При этом сразу стало понятно, что дверной замок сломан и это лишь вопрос времени, когда мы вновь окажемся в подобной ситуации. Зайдя в комнату, обнаружили рваные занавески и активную стройку под окнами. Напомню, что Astera позиционирует себя как Luxury Resort( тут вообще нет слов). Попросили переселить нас в другую комнату, на что нам сказали, что в этом случае нам нужно будет доплатить 65$ ( за одну ночь). Такой вариант нас не устраивал и началась переписка в мессенджере с отелем и обращение в 永安. Сначала отель никак не хотел идти нам на встречу, настаивая, что переселить нас могут только в более дорогую категорию номера и за это нам придется доплатить. Когда мы попытались выйти из комнаты замок вновь заклинило и потребовалось еще 15 минут и помощь персонала, чтобы открыть дверь. В моем понимании это серьезное нарушение стандартов безопасности. Лишь только после этого нас согласились переселить в другой номер. Другой номер хоть и более высокой категории и находится в основном здании (предыдущий был через дорогу), но также оказался не без сюрпризов: в ванной комнате капает с потолка и ночью я чуть не расшиб себе голову, поскользнувшись на мокром полу. Большинство фотографий этого отеля, по крайней мере размещенные на 永安, полностью не соответствуют тому, что ты видишь в реальности. Кругом стройка, а к виллам с бассейном вплотную примыкает другое здание и его обитатели могут лицезреть как ты плещешься в своем «приватном» бассейне или принимаешь джакузи. Завтрак в отеле также «удивил»: какая то сильно разбавленная жижа вместо pineapple juice, а дыня которую принесли вообще с запахом креветок (заметил, что никто из наших соседей также к ней не прикоснулся). В общем - это полный провал.

Cleanliness: 1. Bed sheets and towels have stains. 2. Pavement is sand and if it rains it will trap water. Your leg will be full of sand. 3. Toliet have stains.(refer to the picture) Service: 1. Not attention to details- It was monsoon season so it rain when we reach the villa. (I do not need anyone to help me with my luggage but since I am carrying my luggage and umbrella.) Nobody help us to open the door. Despite we have already let them know and communicate with them prior to arrival. All these can only be done if we have 3 hands. 2. Not attention to details- It was raining heavily on the last day of my stay. On the way to their restaurant we will passby their reception. 3 staff sitting at the counter nobody helps us with the door. We have to close the umbrella and open the door all these can be done if you have 3 hands. 3. No proper handing over- we request to check at 12.30pm and the reception staff agreed. At 12.20pm they called us telling us that check out timing is at 12pm ? There is another issue as well on this that will elaborate more on amenities. 4. There is no engineering staff working overnight. 5. On and off the security will use pass use umbrella when the driver call them.(good point) Location is good if you are looking for cafe boutique shop something that is out of the city Amenities 1. I remember I book a smart villa. In the picture there is a hammock when I arrive there is no hammock. 2. Alexa is the smart home that cannot even turn on all lights as some of the lights are not map to Alexa 3. When we check in the villa it was at night so we went to the restaurant to eat and came back to the room to tidy up and unpack our stuff. The cold water tap is faulty. The staff on duty came to take a look and tell me no engineering staff is around so I have to shower with only hot water bear in mind is really hot water. It was 2am. We resort to us the bottled water given to us to shower and using the kettle to mix with the cold water to give us warm water. In the morning on the way to breakfast the staff did not ask me about it. Until I ask them what time can the plumber come to repair my tap and they don’t seems to know what had happened last night(morning). Is there proper handover done ? Overall I am really disappointed on the whole stay.

Perfect stay here! I love everything here and the staffs are super friendly and helpful! Nice environment, many restaurants nearby as well! Especially all the reception ladies Devi, Fanning and Resi are extremely friendly with great smile! Would love to come again!
