水上樂園 3歲就要門票啦。裏面根本沒什麼好給3歲的小朋友玩！太嚴厲嚴格了！好浪費 （去酒店的游泳池 噴水池 都好玩的多了）酒店太可以 算給個過關吧。服務禮貌 早餐太普通 小朋友適合 沒有什麼我要的（可能個人的原因吧）來一次就夠了。感謝

We were mainly there to visit the waterpark and it’s easily accessible from the hotel as there’s an entrance specially for HRH guests. Besides that, we loved the breakfast too! We were also upgraded to the higher floor and the view was beautiful ❤️

i stayed in Hard Rock Hotel Desaru for the Ombak Festival. i hate to say that i couldn't smoke at my own balcony and it was killing me. there is a penalty of 500 MYR for smoking in balcony. it is very hard to find a place to smoke. i will not recommend this hotel for those of you who smoke cigarettes. you have to go down stairs and walk for 10 minutes just to find uncomfortable places to smoke. this is a hard rock hotel where any rock band would smoke but this hotel not allow their customer to smoke at their balcony, unbelievable!! hotel's alley is outdoor but still it is not allowed to smoke.!

Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. We had some hiccups with a staff whose English proficiency isn't good enough. Clean rooms. We got a free upgrade to higher floor. Breakfast taste good, but not as much varieties compared to other resorts we been to. Direct access to Desaru Waterpark from their compound, which is very convenient. Kids club is for 4-12yo and not complimentary, some outdoor kids activities are complimentary. Live band 6 nights a week is enjoyable. There are shuttles available with schedules to certain places. We did not use the service. We took a buggy to the private beach instead. Town is 6km away.

Stayed here for my son's birthday celebration. Arrived at 11am, registered and inform them regarding the birthdatly and was given one complimentary pass where we can redeem a slice of cake and small gift from the shop. We went straight to the Waterpark and hotel Whatsapp us when the room is ready. Aircond and music was on when we entered the room, and got a little surprise from the housekeeping, a nice birthday wish drawing on the mirror. Parking is free once we register. Breakfast is nice with a variety of selections. Buggy is available to get to the private beach at Westin. Overall it is a recommended stay with good service.

It was our.first time staying at a Hard Rock property and overall I would say it was a pleasant experience. Staff were very polite and helpful and the room was very comfy. Perhaps one downside was the TV remote control, which was not very responsive. Hence it took a while to keep navigating back to the TV channels. But overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and looking forward to our next visit. Thank you.

LOve the room. Very comfortable, cosy, spacious, clean, cooling. The hotel is combine with Adventures WaterPark Desaru. Very Convenience Love the Hotel crews, service are excellent, friendly, warm, efficient and very helpful.

First time staying with Hardrock Desaru. Everything was good from the car valet to check in, friendly staffs and cleanliness of the rooms. Only the foods we ordered for in room dining, all was TOO oily. I think they are overwhelmed with orders that day, as it was heavily raining and waiting time was about 45min to an hour. Breakfast was good too! Plus point : Waterpark entrance within the hotel.

My family and I recently stayed at your hotel and we appreciate the friendly service provided. However, we would like to share some feedback for improvement. The room allocated to us was located quite far from the main facilities, which was very inconvenient, especially with young children. In addition, the dining experience was average — the food selection and taste were not at the level we expected from a Hard Rock brand. We would Not coming again.

I can’t even begin to describe how AMAZING my experience at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru was! The place is absolutely stunning, spotless clean, and filled with such vibrant energy. The food was excellent, every bite worth it! I came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the hotel made it truly unforgettable — they surprised us with a complimentary cake and a lovely Hard Rock keychain, such a thoughtful touch! 🎂🎁 Although we arranged additional decoration from an outsider, the housekeeping team still went the extra mile to add their own simple yet sweet décor on the mirror, which warmed our hearts. From the ambiance, service, and attention to detail — everything was top-notch. Hard Rock Desaru definitely knows how to rock your special moments! 💯 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway or celebration.
