我們住的酒店很清潔，有2個房間，2個廁所，屋內的光線在白天很亮很因為有窗口和天台，但是晚上室內的燈就不很亮了。我們住的位置很靠近玩水的地方，還有車免費載送去前台，讓我們少點走路。讓我們去吃飯和海邊都很近。非常不錯的地方價錢也不貴。

리조트에서 잠만 자면 돼서 저렴한 곳을 선택했어요. 큰 기대없으면 나쁘지 않습니다. 조식도 기대하지 않아야해요. 워낙 아무거나 잘먹는 가족이어서 괜찮게 먹었습니다. 직원들도 친절하다 들었지만 케바케인듯

3D2N FAMILY WEEKENDS STAY GETAWAY. RESORT LOCATION IS FAR FROM EVERYTHING. BUT MOST ESSENTIAL PRODUCTS WERE MADE AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT MINI-MART. ROOM AMENITIES WERE OLD BUT STILL HABITABLE.

Overall, satisfied with our stay! Wished could stayed longer. Definitely not the 1st and sure will return. My niece refused to leave. She loved it there! Affordable prices. 1 room duplex MYR33x.xx/night with breakfast for 2x pax. Jacuzzi in bathroom. Hardly could find other hotels with a bath tub/jacuzzi nowadays.

I had a wonderful stay at Lotus Desaru Resort & Spa. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of variety, and the sea was clean and refreshing. The rooms were neat and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. That said, the resort hasn’t seen any major renovations in the past 13 years, and some of the same complaints still remain. The bird area also looks a little unkept — perhaps a bigger, better-maintained space would make it more enjoyable for guests. Another small suggestion is to have a larger TV in the living area since there’s only one television provided. On a positive note, having a Starbucks franchise run by Lotus Resort on-site is a great addition and makes the stay even more convenient. Overall, Lotus Desaru remains a good choice for families and groups, offering value and a relaxing environment. With nearby competition like Westin and Hard Rock, I do hope the resort invests in further upgrades to keep up with today’s standards.

Quite a nice and spacious room for 6 of us . But the water heater need to wait for at least 15min to get it boiled . If not , water is too cold for showering . Air conditioner also seem very cold . Master room has a small bathtub , From counter receptionist to buggy staff to restaurant staff , all very friendly and courteous. Beach is just walking distance from lobby .

I’ve stayed here many times. The location, service and amenities are always good. The food is great too! They’ve upgraded some things like new couch, headrest beds and added stand fans in the rooms, which really helps control the room temperature. Lotus is always my go-to spot for a short and relaxing break!

We recently stayed at Lotus and booked a double-story room, which was spacious and well-equipped, though not luxurious. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and being on the fifth floor, we had to take the lift, which honestly felt quite old and a bit scary — it could use an upgrade. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which added a positive touch to our experience. At check-in, we had to pay a deposit of 100 ringgit in cash, so it’s good to be prepared for that. There are three or four restaurants on the property with nice menu options, but breakfast was quite chaotic. The hotel didn’t seem prepared for the large crowd, with long queues at the coffee and egg station, and very few available seats. It felt like a tour group had arrived, but no one was managing the situation, making breakfast quite stressful. On a brighter note, the swimming pools are nice, and there are plenty of family-friendly activities, making it a good choice for guests with children. The on-site shop is also convenient and well-stocked. Around the pool and by the shore, there are sun loungers available — they are simple rather than luxurious, but they do the job. Overall, Lotus offers good value, especially for families, but some areas — especially crowd management and certain facilities — could use improvement.
