I've never met such a level of service and courtuosness in my life in the hotels. I was permitted to prolong my stay out of checkout time. They helped me with laundry and were willing to provide any service with the highest level of decency.

kamar hotelnya comfy banget! untuk lokasinya juga strategis & staffnya ramah😍 untuk breakfastnya lumayan, paling kemarin kurangnya cuma dilantai kamar mandinya aja yang masih agak licin kayak kurang disikat tapi overall hotel ini oke banget👌🏻
