disambut dng front off hotel yg kurang ramah (my opinion), saya minta view gedung sate.. tapi menurut ybs kamar yg saya pesan tdk mendapat fasilitas itu, meski akhirnya dipenuhi request saya tapi dng gesture yg menurut saya kurang nyaman. awalnya dibilang kamar blm tersedia yg sesuai saya mau, tapi saya bilang berkenan menunggu. Setelah itu dia bilang, saya bantu upgrade kamar ibu tapi tdk diinfo kalo kamar sudah ready, pdhl dia liat lhoo saya duduk menunggu. then krn suami sdh letih saya tanya ke petugas yg satu lagi, di jawab sudah ready lho.. duh maseee. Semuanya kondisi hotel bagus kecuali si front off yg itu, males ngeliat nya. Sayangnya pas check out terpaksa ketemu dia lagi krn g ada yg lain. Saya akan balik lagi ke hotel ini tapi ga mau ketemu petugas itu lagi.

제가 이것저건 문의를 많이 했음에도 직원분들이 친절게 처리해주시고 사후에 불편한건 없는지 꼼꼼히 살펴주셔서 편안히 숙박할 수 있었습니다. 시설도 괜찮고 청결하게 관리해주시네요. 만족스러웠던 호텔입니다.

A trendy hotel, with clean rm, a clean & cold refrigerator & good TV. Breakfast buffet was nice, with some variation of dishes over 2 days & fd was quickly topped up. Would have been great if Vegetarian dishes can be labelled/ marked with a 'V'. Friendly & helpful staff at front desk & in-house restaurant. A pity that the pool belonged to Pullman Hotel as Ibis lacks their own pool, would have been great in hot weather! Close proximity to Gedung Sate & Postal Museum.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy — perfect for chilling after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast was simple but hit the spot, especially the Indomie (can’t go wrong with that 😄). The location is super convenient — just a short walk to Gedung Sate and the Geology Museum, so it’s easy to squeeze in some sightseeing without going far.

Hotel with perfect service. points plus - hotel is easy to find - location in the city center - near to Gazibu sports facilities, who like jogging with the best view. - clean and very comfortable to stay. - spacious and clean lobby area, - Playground available for children. - Attractive room design, not boring. - various information is on TV & The TV can mirror if you need it. - Mineral water is provided in large portions, you can also refill it at the dispenser outside the room. - the receptionist is also good, very friendly, upgraded my room. - The security guard is also friendly - I really enjoy the view of Bandung city with rainy weather, so I feel at home in Bandung haha just a little expensive. Thank you Ibis Style, next time I will come back again

Lokasi strategis dan pelayanannya juga baik Tapi sayang kamar kurang bersih masih sperti berdebu lantainya dan kamara mandi kurng baik karena ada pintu geser yang menganggu kurang estetik juga ga ada kran untuk wudlu dan ga ada jet shower closetnya , penataannya kurang jadi dipake mandi sekali udh bsah lantai bagian wastafelnya karena nyiprat2 . . Ga ada lemari juga
