Kamar luas dan nyaman. Makan pagi banyak variasinya dan enak. Ada menu untuk anak2. Kolam renang ada 3, ada yg air hangat. Lokasi strategis dekat kemana2. Sampai hotel malam, karena cape perjalanan pesan makan malam di hotel, harus coba sop iga-nya juara 👍🏻🥰

預定兩間房間 飯店資料錯誤花了一段時間才搞定，入住後沒熱水（反映三次改善），空調有問題反映後更換設備正常，電燈異常已處理，服務人員是蠻親切的就設備很多需要多注意維護。

Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.

A boutique hotel (seemed to be called “El royal hotel” by locals) at city center which is just a few minutes walk from the Praga street. However, the facilities inside the room are quite old, like the toilet and very poor sound proofing, (you could literally hear the customer from the next door, laughing and jumping). In terms of the cleanliness, it was generally ok, except shower towel, literally a “grey” color one, not sure whether it was so old or not washed thoroughly, I did not use in the end. Hotel staff were general nice and friendly, but the language skills (English) might create some miscommunication.

酒店不是一般的舊，一進大堂，服務一般！雖説是老四星級酒店。各項體驗真的不是很樂觀！有以下幾點不好的：1.酒店的浴巾床上用品都比較差，發黑發暗，還有一點異味。2.房間異味太重了，隔音差，6點開始樓下的火車聲、摩託車聲吵到無法入眠。3.睡覺過程中皮膚過敏，搞到我一個晚上難以入眠。4.洗漱用品實在太差了，這樣大體量的酒店不應該用品那麼差。總之不推薦過來遊玩的夥伴們預訂！

Everything was perfect and the location is closed to Braga street. I was surprised because this hotel got a playroom for kids (free), a convenient store & a cafe to dine-in (for outsiders). The bed is so comfy even though the room I booked was not so big. The staff are polite and very attentive when I make a complaint about the hanger (there are missing hangers in my room). They also provide more hangers just in case I need that. But there are 2 things that I'm not so happy about: the toilet flooded with water every time we took shower and the lobby hotel (waiting area) is quite hot. Perhaps I will consider staying here again in the future. Thank u very much for your hospitality..
