是國際連鎖店，之前在幾個國家都住過這個酒店，房間乾淨衞生，在市中心出行比較方便，前台服務員非常友好，可能因為之前在其他城市住過這個酒店Wi-Fi不懂怎麼刪掉之前的，前台服務小哥非常耐心，直到幫我連上。

Card was not working after multiple attempts decided to go to reception, but the reception staff ignored the urgency and asked us to wait until the handle other customers first. They should understand the priority as we waited so long outside and wanted to use toilet as well but even after multiple requests they ask us to wait. Shower pressure in bathroom was absolutely low difficult to bath

My stay at this hotel was satisfactory. The location is conveniently situated near local shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, leaving a positive impression on me. Room dining offers limited options, but the food is delectable and provides excellent value for money. The service was attentive and efficient. However, I noticed a scarcity of toiletries provided. For business travelers, it may be essential to have items like razors and combs. Additionally, the provision of only two 600 ml water bottles for two persons (I was alone) is insufficient. While these minor inconveniences may not be significant, they are not expected in an IHG hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory, offering a variety of choices. However, I observed some overcrowding and mismanagement due to the high volume of guests. As my stay was only a day, I cannot ascertain if this is a general trend during breakfast. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and intend to return in the future.

نظيف وهادئ ومريح والعاملين تعاملهم راقي ولطيف، مساحة الغرفة واسعة وبها كل ما تحتاجه، الاشكال الوحيد هو الافطار أكل اندونيسي لا يوجد عدا البيض والسلطة تناسب العرب !

Untuk kebersihan kasur dan karpet di kamar harap lebih diperhatikan. Karena kulit sensitif agak sedikit gatal² dan terasa berdebu. Menu breakfast bervariasi dan rasa makanan cukup enak. Staf ramah. Over all semua nya baik.
