Prima hotel om Bandung Centrum te verkennen. Ligging direct naast BIP Shoppingmall. Super vriendelijke personeel. En ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Kamer is gedateerd met name de badkamer moet nodig gerenoveerd worden. En douchen in bad met gordijnen kan nu eigenlijk niet meer. Wij hebben geluidsoverlast gehad van de Bar aan de overkant van de straat. Muziek staat hard en gaat soms wel tot na 1 uur ‘s nachts  door. Als je dus een kamer aan de Jalan Aceh krijgt dan zijn goede oordoppen wel belangrijk.

The Hotel is connected to Aryaduta Mall with Super rmarket. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast has varieties and delicious too. We will definitely repeat stay here the next time

위치는 소핑몰을 끼고 있어 편리합니다. 조식 메뉴 중 빵은 맛있으나 커피머신이 없어 아쉽습니다 가성비가 튀어납니다.

My wife, in particular, absolutely adores this hotel, and it's easy to see why. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly answering all our queries via WhatsApp, which made the planning phase entirely stress-free. This proactive communication continued right up to D-Day, ensuring a smooth check-in process and setting a wonderful tone for our entire stay. バンドンの中心近くにあります。 周囲にはいろいろな店があり便利です。 施設は古いですが落ち着いた雰囲気です。 客室は広くゆったりとしています。 シャワーの切り替えは故障していました。 使いませんでしたが、ボディーソープのボトルはポンプが壊れていました。 充電用のコンセントが少なかったです。 部屋の照明を落とすとコンセントの電源もオフになります。 朝食はメニューが少ないと思います。

Hotelnya luxury vintage, bersih, nyaman dan fasilitasnya oke untuk staycation bersama keluarga. Kamar bisnis sudah ada bathtubnya oke banget. Kamarnya juga bersih, nyaman, viewnya juga oke. Over all sih good yaa.

untuk bangunan hotel memang terkesan sudah lama tapi dari segi design dan layout kamar masih sangat relevan dan fasilitas yang ada juga sangat lengkap mulai dari gym dan pool, untuk sarapan di hotel sangat memuaskan dengan menu yang variatif serta enak.

The hotel was in good location. Actually was arrvived late about 3pm, we booked 3 room. But just available 2 room with connecting door (nice as i request). But another 1 room still waiting, because the room not ready. We waiting for so long until about 4pm we can check in the room (after i request the housekeeping to clean up the room). After that we had a called, that we had complimentary dinner buffet (for the delayed check in). We was happy. After we arrived at around 7pm, the food was empty. The staff didnt notice that they need to refill the food. Chicken with kare soup was cold. Foods variety was limited. Also a lady in 1 group was complaining: spending 200K/person, but the food was disappointed. Same also we spend extra charge. The next morning went to the gym, i found dirty stuff at men restroom. In the morning before i check in, i try to call the hotel to fix line. But nobody answer the phone. Maybe the mamagement should check it. It was unexpected experience to staying at 5 stars hotel. Need to improve the service

Kamar super bersih & terang ,nyaman buat anak2, bangunan hotel dr luar tidak bgtu bagus tp begitu masuk dalam sangat2 terawat, banyak aktivitas buat anak2, kolam renang bersih, ada rabbit feeding, ada kids room lengkap dgn perosotan segala. Sangat2 rekomen sekali Kurang nya kemarin anak ambil 2 donat tidak dimakan mau di takeaway REPOT, hrs diantar staf ke ruangan jdi lebih baik di buang drpd repot dan bikin Malu
