We had an incredible stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort in Banff. From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our experience memorable. The property itself feels tucked away in the trees, offering peace and quiet while still being just a few minutes from downtown Banff. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a rustic mountain vibe that fit perfectly with the surroundings. I especially loved the fireplace—it made evenings feel warm and relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was well-equipped, which was a nice bonus for preparing meals. The views from the resort are stunning. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and seeing the Rockies right outside my window was unforgettable. On-site amenities like the hot tub and pool added to the experience, especially after long hikes. What stood out most was the balance between comfort and nature. It felt like having a private cabin in the mountains but with all the convenience of a resort. I’d highly recommend Tunnel Mountain Resort for couples, families, or anyone wanting a true Banff escape. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking scenery—I’m already looking forward to coming back!

這是在落基山旅遊期間性價比最高的酒店，酒店在Jasper小鎮，走10分鐘就有超市，是遊玩Jasper的最佳住宿選擇。 酒店還提供免費洗衣，非常非常實用，接待處提供免費熱水和咖啡，符合我們中國人的飲食習慣。

It is at at a nice location, very friendly staff and great service. Everything was accessible from there and the bus stop was right next to it. The hotel gave us buss passes free of charge for all day travel however since we had the car we didnt use it. I took a lodge and it was very nice, it was the last one on the property and pretty quiet yet very accessible. I didnt use any amenities so i dont know however everything seems pretty solid.

We got a terrible experience as the house keeper threw our garbage out of the cabin that we stayed. What happened was: When we came back to the cabin, we found out our garbage was thrown out in front of the door of the cabin. We complained to the manager and they just apologized what have happened. This made a dark spot on our 永安 to Banff which was unpleasant.

我住的木屋房型是兩層 ，入門口便是房間，有一張雙人床 ，設計比較奇特 。再入便是廚房和浴室 ，然後是飯廳和一張梳化床，樓上有一個套房，但洗手間是不能沐浴的 ，只有樓下的洗手間有花灑， booking的時候說有兩個浴室是假的。木屋裏有火爐，是可以到酒店取木 ，是真的可以薪火取暖的。 廚房設備齊全 ，有焗爐，微波爐，洗碗碟機， 明火煮食也可以， 酒店有提供免費巴士票到 down town，可以自由乘搭。 總括來說，一家人住在這款小木屋很温馨，這是個不錯的選擇。
