搜索市中心附近的四星級酒店就定了這家 座落在小巷裡面 周圍是一間間小服裝批發街 附近除了路口一家麥當勞外 還有需要等下午五點 服裝店收攤後才擺出來的大排檔 冷氣噪音很響 簡直無法入睡 洗手間有味道 要關門 房間很小 早餐很簡單幾樣東西 酸奶沒有的 服務員還算蠻客氣 無奈硬件真不行 說是四星 簡直就是抬舉了 除了位置較好外 真沒啥優點可以讓人再次入住

第一次去一間酒店要旅程中決定轉酒店，一間4星酒店，係肉眼可見嘅污糟，有蟑螂，四腳蛇，，走廊房間黑暗，水吧燈閃過不停，像極**，花灑是固定的，水力小到不行，跟本無法沖乾淨涼，酒店樓下日頭人流較多,叫車要走出大街才能上車，7:00pm左右，鋪頭就關門，陪我走路有老鼠一家和蟑螂，一個人旅行的你也一定不孤單🙃🙃🙃

The overall experience at the hotel is quite good. I’ve stayed here twice before, even before the hotel changed its name. However, the bathroom remains a rather frustrating issue — the drainage system is poor, and the shower water pressure fluctuates, sometimes strong, sometimes weak, and the temperature alternates between hot and cold.

Terribly Disappointed – This Is NOT a 4-Star Hotel Our recent stay at Arck Hotel Pratunam Bangkok was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. If you're considering booking this hotel because of its 4-star rating on 永安, please think again — this place is nowhere near what a 4-star establishment should be. Location Misleading: While it’s located near the Pratunam area and just opposite Platinum Mall, the hotel is hidden in a narrow alley — not exactly the safest or most convenient access, especially for families or elderly travellers. Finding it was already the first hassle. False Advertising – Not a 4-Star Experience: Let’s be honest: I believe this hotel appears to be a rebranded version of Hotel Vista Express (confirmed by the floor mat still bearing the old name). The lobby might have been renovated, but that’s where the “4-star” illusion ends. The rest of the hotel, especially the rooms, is run-down and outdated. Room Conditions – Old, Unkempt and Incomplete: The rooms were not properly cleaned and felt dated. The furniture looked tired, the lighting was poor, and basic amenities were missing. We had to repeatedly call the reception just to request essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, bathrobes, and even a basket for used towels — all items that should already be provided in a room claiming 4-star status. Even more absurd, the bathroom had a sign asking us to put towels and bathrobes in a basket that was never there. They do not provide irons or ironing boards in the rooms either — you have to call room service and wait for someone to bring them, and the staff were incredibly cold and unwelcoming. Unbelievable Housekeeping Policy – Charged for “Stained” Sheets: This was the worst part of our stay. We were told that we had to wash the bedsheet ourselves because they found some minor stains — possibly from a brand-new Tiger Balm my wife had just bought. Otherwise, they would charge us 2,500 baht for a replacement. What kind of “4-star hotel” expects guests to hand-wash sheets during a vacation? Ironically, the next set of bedsheets they gave us already had stains — and they said that was acceptable. So the double standards and their eagerness to charge us for the slightest thing left us speechless. Staff Attitude – Cold and Unprofessional: Throughout our stay, we felt like we were bothering the staff every time we requested something. There was no hospitality, no warmth, no effort to make us feel welcome. For a hotel in the heart of Bangkok’s tourist district, the service was shockingly poor. ________________________________________ Final Verdict: We've stayed in budget hotels that provided far better service, cleanliness, and value than Arck Hotel. This was hands down one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we've had — we ended up spending more time arguing over policies and calling reception than enjoying our vacation. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Spend your money elsewhere — you deserve better.

the location is very accessible to all shopping malls, night market, food, money exchange.. the food is also good and the rooms are very clean. this hotel is highly recommended

Ovverall, the hotel was very good., its location, service & cleanliness. There are only few things that needs improvement. The water flow is sometimes weak & sometimes strong. There should be a long shower handle in the bathroom rather than just a fix shower head. Maybe it would be better if the hotel has its own main entrance & drop-off area. But overall, the hotel is excellent for its price.

I was a bit concerned about staying at this hotel after reading some reviews mentioning that the rooms had a musty and strange smell. Here's my experience after staying. - The rooms had an unpleasant smell (out of 5, two were reported to have a musty odor), but we opened the window to help with ventilation. - Two of the rooms lacked hot water for showers, but before we checked out, we noticed there was a heater, which you might want to check. - The sofas in the hotel lobby are old and have some stains, and the towels in the hotel seem like they haven't been changed in a long time. - The location is great and very convenient. There are plenty of food options in this area and walking distance to central world , big C … With the price given , I'd be open to returning. The location is super great!

this is my 3rd stay in 1.5 years, my first visit was great and i think it is appropriately priced. i always come back here as i like how it’s situated right in the shopping district. however, it is impossible to get a grab - you need to account for at least 30 minutes extra as there is always heavy traffic in the area, and drivers will always request to cancel or even cancel on their own. with my most recent visit, i’m quite disappointed with the room, as our keycard had issues with the electricity and we kept getting blackouts, our shower kept flooding (bad plumbing) and our air conditioning keypad kept not responding. our room’s wifi was so bad we had better connection using other room’s. this was my first time in double beds as well which takes up more of the room, leaving less packing/moving space. the staff here have always been very nice which is another reason i like to come back but from my latest experience, i may not anymore :(
