曼谷素坤逸洲際飯店整體表現相當亮眼，是一間兼具質感與便利性的高級酒店。飯店位置位於素坤逸區核心，距離 BTS 與熱門商場都很近，無論觀光或商務都非常方便。房間空間寬敞，設計現代有質感，床鋪舒適度極佳，隔音效果也不錯，能讓人真正好好休息。館內設施完善，健身房與泳池乾淨明亮，早餐選擇豐富，品質高且補菜迅速。服務人員態度親切、效率好，辦理入住與退房都很順暢，對於需求也能快速回應。整體而言，這間飯店的環境、地點、服務與設施都相當到位，是來曼谷旅遊或出差時非常值得推薦的住宿選擇。

모든 부분에서 최상이었어요 아침 조식부페도 맛있었고 시설도 깨끗해서 만족했어요! 위치도 스쿰빗 10이라서 좋고 트랩타는 역도 오분이 소요안되는 것 같았어요 수영장도 좋았어요 길건너 마사지숖도 만족스런 곳이었어요 만족스런 여행이었습니다!

I love the roof top bar which offers amazing view of BKk and delicious cocktail. It’s a must visit. Moving onto the room, the design is contemporary and looks clean. I had a pleasant stay.

入住時，前台小姐姐幫忙安排了遠離電梯的房間，內部確實比較安靜。外面窗下就是地鐵軌道，稍微有一點點聲音，但基本還是很不錯的。晚上睡覺不吵。房間裝修很精緻，早餐很豐盛。酒店團隊的服務也很好，綜合值得體驗。

酒店離 BTS 行約 5 分鐘左右，容易揾到。前台職員熱情有禮，熱辣辣的泰國送上一杯杯邊有鹽嘅凍飲，超正 無邊際泳池好靚，可惜水比較涼，其間有位外籍女士同我一樣都話水凍，另外貴為五星酒店為何連游泳水泡都無一個呢？（因為個人不懂游水） 酒店早餐係 4 樓，可以望到 BTS 景觀唔錯，但早餐就一般，反而 Order 個啲就好食，行出去自助嘅食物就一般般，但鮮榨果汁超級好飲，最好飲其中一杯係：紅菜頭加菠蘿加芒果的鮮榨果汁，非常多食客飲用，另外一杯 橙汁加薑加蘋果 同樣啱曬我口味，薑味夠濃鬱👍😋

I rarely take the time to write hotel reviews, but I really want to share my experience with friends who are interested in staying at the intercontinental in Thong Lor. I was very disappointed with this 永安 because I booked the wrong hotel. First of all, I would like to remind people that there are two InterContinental hotels in Bangkok. I wanted to book the one near Chit Lom BTS, but I booked the wrong one. I asked for a refund, but they said they would not accept it. I had to try. I am a member of the InterContinental Hotel. I arrived around 12:30 that day and wanted to check in early, but was rejected. My friend who was traveling with me checked in early without asking. I was really wondering at that time, what is my membership worth? The most annoying thing is that the front desk clerks greeted me with a smile, but discussed the guest's situation with her colleagues in Thai. They didn't expect me can speak Thai, I could hear everything they said clearly, and they were all criticizing the guests! On the third day we went out for dinner at about 12:30. We had pressed the room cleaning instructions before we went out, but when we came back at 16:15, the room was still not cleaned. We had to go to the front desk to give it another instruction before it was resolved. I was speechless. I didn't expect that the same brand would have such a big difference in service attitude. I guess I will never stay at this InterContinental hotel in Thong Lor again. Good things are the location and the quality of breakfast. Bad things are the staffs attitude and super small swimming poor.

A New Gem in Bangkok – Truly Exceptional Stay Absolutely delighted with my stay at the brand-new InterContinental Sukhumvit Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, professional, and attentive throughout. The all-day dining restaurant exceeded expectations with a delicious variety for both breakfast and dinner—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, offering breathtaking sunset views over the city—perfect for winding down in style. This property truly feels like a home away from home in Bangkok. I’ll definitely be coming back on my future visits. Highly recommended for those seeking luxury, comfort, and top-tier hospitality.
