環境是青旅最好的，衞生每天有人打掃，帥鍋/美女前台接待。交通非常方便。三養地鐵站走15分鐘。早餐老闆烤的麪包。附近有早市，有包子，餃子，南瓜湯。所以我總是住在這裏。

The space is well-allocated, the service is attentive, and the breakfast includes freshly baked bread and healthy jam every morning.

Look at CLOUD on Saladaeng Silom Hostel Bangkok, see how they treat guests: arriving at 1 a.m., they are warmly greeted and even helped with their belongings to their rooms. Compared to that, don't you feel ashamed?

This is a Chilean-run hotel. I stayed in a six-person room the first day and booked a four-person room for the second day. At 11:00 AM the next day, I returned the key card for the six-person room, but since it wasn't check-in time, I discussed changing rooms with the hotel owner for the afternoon. Afterwards, I went to Bangkok Central Railway Station to buy a train ticket. When I returned to the hotel, it was past 10:00 PM, but only 10:40 PM, and the hotel was completely empty. They neither left me any note nor arranged any other accommodation. I tried contacting the hotel following the signs at the entrance—by phone, online, and email—but received no response. They failed to fulfill their promise to have staff on duty. The online booking platform also tried contacting the hotel multiple times, but to no avail. I waited until 2:00 AM, but still no one helped me find accommodation, so I had to find another place to spend the night with my heavy luggage. Afterwards, I applied for a refund through the booking platform, but the hotel coldly refused. The booking platform refunded my accommodation fee based on my reasons. This hotel is heartless and only cares about money; they have no humanity whatsoever. They are a disgrace to the Bangkok hotel industry.

Very clean Excellent location

Super nice and homey place. Great location in the middle of Bangkok and the staff are super easy to talk to and will help with any thai related inquiries you may have. Breakfast consists of toast, tea and coffees and free use of utensils and fridge etc. There is also a tap for drinking water which is useful and you can also borrow a bath towel for the stay. You put your luggage in the compartments under the bunk beds, and they give you locks for that if you want, but they ran out of locks for me so I just used zip ties (that I brang) just in case, but place still seems very secure anyway. It was my first time using a hostel, and it ended up being a very good experience.
