民宿，設施及服務都不錯，出差商住沒問題。 交通方便，緊鄰Rama9 和Fortune Town商場。 中國大使館離的很近，中國銀行也很近，步行5分鐘。 樓下7-11、餐館很多，近便！ 但靠着路邊，隔音效果不好，對於睡眠環境要求高的，需要慎重！ 對面有一間曼谷傳奇男男SPA店 Ratchadphisek Sauna，本來不知道，碰到一箇中國人聊天偶然得知，😅😅

The room was small and look very clean.

Room seemed nice on arrival. We went out after dropping our bags off and came back to find that the room had changed since we left it. Certain things were not put back how they normally would be etc. we did not say anything but the next day we asked for our room not to be cleaned as we’d barely been in it and left the rubbish outside the door so they wouldn’t need to come in at all. When we returned we noticed the towels had been replaced and again some personal items were not where we left them. It was all well and good replacing the towels but they had only been used once (we asked for extra) and we were only staying one more day as they knew. We fortunately found any money or valuables we left in the room remained. We lett the next day at 9am and there was nobody available to check us out. We did not get our deposit back and because we had to rush to get to the airport we could not wait for someone to arrive. I doubt we will see our deposit again but this is extremely unprofessional considering they say check out is before 11am. Normally that would be more than a 2 hour window in which to be able to check out.

部屋番號504の場合は絶対変更願を出すべき。ネズミが屋根裏におり、貓が壁をガリガリと鳴き聲がしばらく続いた。就寢時には靜かになったので助かった。なので部屋を二日目は変えてもらい貓、ネズミの問題は解決したが、バイクの騒音が遅くまであり、休めるようになるまで時間を要した。部屋番號203はこの騒音以外は冷蔵庫もあり良し。

泰銖563的房間在4樓，有附獨立廁所，牙刷、肥皂、洗髮精，位置不錯，走路10分鐘有SFX電影院（Rama9），護照和手機辦會員，電影票一張不到泰銖200，旁邊是麥當勞。下午1點就可入住，押金500泰銖，退房會退，無電梯，附近吃非常方便，7-11很近，附近有一條小夜市美食小吃，早上也是早市有小吃，都很熱鬧，附近有Lotus可逛。

The room is very clean and very convenient. Highly recommended!

ไม่เหมาะเป็นที่พัก โรงแรมอย่างยิ่ง ถ้าคืน300ก็จะไม่ว่า นอนส่งเดทไป แต่นี่จองในแอปได้ส่วนลดแล้ว คืนละ8-900 แย่มากๆ เหมือนนอนข้างถนน เสียงรถวิ่งไปมาดังมากๆ ตึกแถวเก่าๆแทบไม่ลงทุน หน้าต่างเดิมๆ เก่าๆไม่เก็บเสียง มีเชื้อราเด่นชัด ทำหน่อยก็ได้ ดีนะลองจองแต่คืนเดียว ไม่งั้นแย่ไม่ได้หลับได้นอน เพลียยย

This place is completely uninhabitable. Mold is everywhere—on the walls, inside the air conditioning units—creating an unhealthy and unpleasant environment. There’s no elevator, no fridge, and constant noise from ongoing renovations, making it impossible to find any peace. The bathroom faucet was leaking, adding to the overall lack of maintenance and care. Worse yet, the walls are paper-thin—you can hear every sound from neighboring rooms, even the slightest noise. No TV channels. Flaky internet. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone, especially given the many basic amenities it lacks. Look elsewhere for a more comfortable and hygienic stay.

位置靠近中國駐泰國大使館，就幾百米，衞生間很大很喜歡，就是床有點硬，還有燒水壺，附近酒店都沒有。最愛房間的鏡子。
