Received the a message from the hotel before the check in , they told me the apartment I booked was damaged by the previous guest so that we can’t check in there. They arranged us to move another apartment nearby Sukhumvit soi 33. But the facilities are quite old and service is just so so not meet my expectations. It’s not worth to stay even I paid for another property which I am looking for.

Second stay here and it was much better as I was given one of the newly renovated rooms which are really well done. Only one problem--the drains in the bathroom are quite smelly and in need of some kind of treatment.

Great place, but it takes 30minutes to check me in, I think they missed my order, and didn’t reserve a room for me, so, they arranged me in a room which at the floor is renovating, its smell bad with industrial alcohol due to renovating. Will definitely stay again when the renovate is all settled.

房間整體還行，再入住的機會渺茫首先浴室設計有點問題，洗澡的乾濕分離玻璃門完全不密合，水照樣會噴出去。掛蓮蓬頭的地方是鎖死的高度太高，矮個子的會不好拿。水温有時忽冷忽熱。飯店提供BTS站的接駁但只接送去程並沒有接送回程。蠻不方便的，從BTS走回飯店有點距離，如果是帶嬰兒車的話會很難推。另外離飯店最近的7-11要走400-500公尺不算近。 8樓泳池的部分，泳池周圍地板有些微破損若沒注意可能會跌倒。還算乾淨。原本訂的房型是一室兩房的房型，但臨時有意外酒店有提前告知分成兩間房間。但可能是英文理解上有誤。原以為是安排再隔壁，後來確只是在同一層。而當天其中一間房間進門後有股臭味，浴室也沒有窗簾，整晚讓同行友人睡不好。告知後隔日有協助更換房間就好很多。只是三樓剛整修沒有房號。另外每間房間只提供一張房卡這也非常不方便。希望能改進至少提供兩張，不然多人出遊很難處理。訂房部跟櫃枱好像是分開的，櫃枱人員沒有什麼權限能處理房間問題。櫃枱人員英文不算太好，但都很親切。

В одном из номеров не работал душ. Вообще не было воды. Номер нужен был поспать несколько часов. Естественно перетаскивать снова вещи в другой номер не было ни времени ни сил. Не знаю как это могли не заметить во время уборки. По-хорошему хотелось бы получить возврат средств за этот номер, хотя бы частичную компенсацию.

Loved my stay at Shine Thonglor! The rooms were sleek, clean, and very comfortable. The minimalist design made it feel both stylish and relaxing. Highly recommend and for sure I will return to this gem of a hotel! Best in Thailand for sure.

Had an amazing experience at Shine Thonglor! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our visit was the complimentary tuk-tuk ride that took us around the area—such a fun and unique touch that added to the overall experience. The vibe of the place was relaxed and welcoming, and we felt truly taken care of throughout our time there. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great service and a memorable experience! The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The manager was very nice. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. They also gave us late checkout and welcome drink. The location is great, with many commons, JAvenue and Marche very nearby. Definitely recommend! I will come back during chinese new years!

Staying at Shine Thonglor was such a great experience. The apartment was stylish, well-maintained, and had a cozy vibe that made me feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better—everything I needed was just a short walk away. The staff were the real highlight. They were so approachable and always ready to help with anything I needed, no matter how small. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention. 1.予約した部屋では無い狹い部屋でした。 2.ティッシュペーパーなし、電話機無し、トイレも汚く違う部屋に交換。 3.変更したトイレからはトイレ便器から水漏れし臭い毎日。結局トイレ全て交換。 4.清掃は毎日で無く２日に一回との事。契約には何も書いて無く苦情する。 4.プールは大変汚くて鳥の糞が大量にあり清潔感なし。水質検査も到底してなく水も汚い。我慢して二回水泳したが翌日から喉が痛く２日間薬飲んで寢ていた。兎に角大変な毎日でした。二度と宿泊したくないホテルです。トイレ便器からの水漏れ対策にタオル寫真あり
