TERRIBLE PLACE! There's so much better options nearby, don't book here! (From someone who slept in hostel dorms while backpacking, so no 5-star hotel princess) SERVICE (LACK OF!) - First of all the service is horrible, due to the war in the middle east, my flight to Bangkok was delayed by 10 days just the day before departure. I already booked this homestay upfront. A friend of me already arrived in the homestay on the 5th day of my booking, explaining my situation (because you can only call this homestay and they don't speak any english, so communication on distance is impossible). But even after explaining, and asking if I could add the nights that I already PAID for, they don't show any compassion and just let me pay the full 10 days, while renting my room to other guests (upon the day of arrival there was other people in "my" room). They just take your money, charge other people for your empty room and when you ask for money back or extra nights the owner does not reply, because you cannot speak to the owner, only to ladies from Myanmar who work at the desk, and then they have to talk to the owner for you. I think the ladies are kind it is probably not their fault, but the owner should be ashamed to steal money from people like this. ROOMS: -You hear EVERY single noise from outside, as the windows are open/broken and there is no isolation. Every morning at 05:00 there are loud prayers on speakers in the street. Sleeping without earplugs is IMPOSISBLE. - the lock of the door of my room was broken, meaning everyone could get inside of my room when I am away or asleep. I had to ask multiple times for this to be fixed, and only after 2 days it was fixed. Talking about safety... - The toilet does NOT work. It simply doesn't flush. I already mentioned this 3+ times but they just smile and say yes and don't do anything. I cannot use my toilet, why do I have one (and pay for one) then?? - the bathroom is so small, the toilet, shower and tiny sink are all within 1m of eachother. And it smells very bad, like sewage/mold. But what is to expect when a toilet does not flush. - There is a window in the room's wall, on the other side is a BRIGHT light in the hallway, there is no curtain, and at night this light shines directly in your face in bed. Sleeping without a sleeping mask is IMPOSSIBLE. - There is NO closet in the room. All my clothes and stuff are scattered throughout the room. - the bed is hard as a rock. - you hear every noise of your neighbours, like two ladies in the room next to me who are talking to eachother in the evening keeping me awake. - So much dust under the bed, they only clean the visible part so the room is not actually Long story short: this place is terrible and for the money they charge (around $20 per night for private) you can find SO much better options closeby. I moved to The Heritage Sathorn Suite Hotel just down the street, for a few bucks extra you have a big spacious clean room and good service. Would NEVER reccomend this place or their thief of an owner who ignores me since day one.

There are mosquitoes everywhere in the room. The room smells bad. Some towels are dirty. There are strange, random things in the room. There are non-functional cabinets. There is a non-functional ventilation fan. There are no windows. There are broken items. I managed, but I don't want to go back. Also, my room key was broken, and I couldn't lock my room when I left...

空氣是不好的，排水是直接排地面的，床是塌陷的，差點把我摔倒!服務是沒有人性化的，下次不會住這裏了......

В целом за свою стоимость окей. Кондиционер работает круглосуточно. Есть микроволновка и чайник чтобы что-то разогреть и поесть. Минусы - сильная слышимость на первом этаже, будто этажом выше стадо слонов бегает, общая пошарпанность дома, отсутствие туалетной бумаги.
