酒店位置非常方便，衹是坐計程車要拐一個圈才能到酒店大門口。這點要注意。另外房間比較舊式，空調有點不夠冷。但是衞生程度很好。 附近有天橋一直走可以去到很多商場和Big C超市， 今次價格差不多￥1200有點貴，如果是人民幣￥600 100的話就可以接受。 另外早餐很豐富。

酒店的早餐很豐富，地點很方便出行，酒店周圍很多食店，大型的購物商場在附近，打車也很方便，是理想的休閒酒店，房間也很乾淨。

早餐一家人四天花了一千馬幣非常不值得，因為菜色普通而且兩天是重複的，如果下次有機會再回去住我不會再加早餐。清潔房間人員不錯，櫃枱人員如果有提出服務要求臉上的態度會顯的不耐煩這不是四五星級酒店前台該有的態度需要再加強。executive lounge的人員很友好很有笑容

This is my second time to stay here and loved the hotel’s cleanliness , location and courteous staff from the front desk (Teow ) who readily assisted my wife in charging her IPhone for 4 days (every night)since we forgot her charger, the housekeeping who was very cheerful whenever we asked for water, and to the security who treated my wound for 2 nights with Betadine and band aid. The only problem is that the swimming pool and bar at the 9th floor was closed as we were looking forward to enjoying the facility. Over all we were very happy with our stay..

Hotel is conveniently located. Short walk to Central World & Big C. Also, next door is Platinum Mall & across the road is Pratunam Market. Rooms are clean . Only feedback is the tap in my room was fixed too high and it splattered water on all sides.

All was good, check in, breakfast, lounge access great. I requested for extension and paid the extra cost however the room became hot n humid and front desk nvr informed that they were having some maintenance carried out during that time. Called front desk they said will send someone but none came. If they were doing maintenance at least move us to another room. We paid 1,000 baht for every extra hour. That is frustrating!!!

It's a very beautiful and perfect place for 1st time travellers to Bangkok It's very convenient and the service provided by the hotel is excellent.And there is even a infinity pool that over look the Bangkok streets Room is very decent for the price u paid for,but trust me, you got no time to spend in the room Cos it's plain heaven here Ground floor,U got Starbucks n 1min away U got MacDonald n another minute away is all the shopping malls for clothing, food court on level 6 and another 2mins walk, you got December, another shopping mall.And if you want another 2mins,that's Big C supermarket The whole stretch is shopping n eating n repeat again No regrets choosing this hotel No.1 choice for shopping and more shopping
