還可以 房間面積蠻大的，感覺很多印度人來住 燈光不亮，但水壓夠大 整體中規中矩，以這個價位來說沒有什麼好挑剔的

房間有點小，挺乾淨.早餐也還不錯。性價比可以。 就是週末晚上太吵，車聲，附近酒吧聲音太大，房間隔音不行，噪音，大半夜沒睡着。

近酒吧街 附近環境一般 距離BTS 要行一段窄路 帶行李箱不好走 酒店有穿梭車 只出不入 每小時一班。

位置：離NANA BTS站十分遠，拖行李前往酒店十分狼狽，道路不好走。幸好離開時有車接駁到NANA站（只提供往車站，沒有往酒店） 浴室：淋浴去水好慢、花灑水力不夠強 設施：光顧酒店按摩院，環境差，技師手藝很一般

Hotel muito limpo e bem organizado! Embora não fosse muito grande, todos espaços eram modernos e agradáveis. A localização é excelente. Tem um supermercado onde pode comprar, água, fruta, pão etc a 3 min. O hotel fornece águas e algumas bebidas e snacks gratuitamente. O pequeno almoço pago no hotel fica muito barato 299 bahts. Adoramos.

저렴해서 하루 예약했는데 방음은 기대하지마세요ㅠㅠ 잠귀 밝은 사람은 힘들거같아요. 나나역, 아속역 걸어갈 수는 있는데, 엄청 가깝진 않아요. 그냥 저렴한 맛으로 하루 묵기는 괜찮았습니다. 아속역 나나역이 워낙 사람이 많아서 위험하고 그러진 않았습니다!

Loved the location, the hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful. Just breakfast buffet options are limited. Will come here again!

I was very happy with my stay. The room was kept spotless thanks to the excellent housekeeping, and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s location on Sukhumvit 11 is perfect and makes getting around very easy🥰

Nice location every time i come bangkok i book this hotel near everthing i want many 7/11 and restaurants and near to shopping malls. The stuf helpful too.the bad thing taxi difficult to come you have to book many times. The towels first day was good but second and third become worst ( i will post the photo) also i would like if they provide room slippers and

I stayed here for about a week and all I can say was it was quite an unpleasant experience due to the wear and tear state of the hotel (see pictures). From the door peeling off to the mouldy bathroom and clogged shower area - I won’t recommend it. There are plenty options around Soi 11 if at the same price or cheaper. On my first night I didn’t realise that I was sleeping on dirty sheets with BLOOD STAINS on it. They didn’t clean the room before I checked in! The hotel tried to accuse me of doing this and also tried to charge me 500 baht for towels that had make up and some facial mask on it. While confronting them, they can even tell me well it was initially 800 baht so it’s cheaper. But it’s not that case, I’ve stayed in hotels around the world and I’ve never been charged for makeup on towel stains - they can be easily washed off! After complaining to them about this, they reluctantly agreed to waive and told me not to do it again. How rude was that? Staying here is like staying at a dorm, not an actual hotel guest experience. I will never come back here again. Pros: the location (if you get a quiet room because clubs are loud and open till 2/3am daily nearby) & the breakfast spread.

I recently stayed at Citrus and had a good experience. The room was big and clean, making it comfortable. The hotel is in a dark alley, but I checked in at 3 AM and didn't have any problems. After checking in, I went out and felt safe in the area. It's also close to many restaurants and bars, which is convenient. However, the area can be noisy at night, which might bother light sleepers. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
