曼谷水門伯克利酒店 (The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam Bangkok)

位置在暹羅百麗宮附近，很繁華，去中央商場不遠。酒店很大，人很多。前台小哥很好，給了我們高層，視野空間都不錯，較安靜。 分兩個樓，主塔和北塔，從主塔11樓這邊可以過去北塔，沒去北塔那邊，不做評論。床品舒適，不錯！ 早餐挺豐富

雖然飯店比較老舊，但房間內整理得很乾淨，早餐種類多元，也有泳池健身房等設施。所在位置非常方便，有機場快線可以搭去機場，步行也可以到central world跟Big C，購物非常方便。

飯店門房很親切，原本很期待五星級飯店的水準， 但房間讓人有點失望，雖然空間很大，但設備感覺老舊，很多燈要關只能一個一個走過去按開關，不能從牆上控制。 浴室燈光不足，水壓也不夠，抽風扇的運轉聲音很大聲很吵。 早餐的自助吧還不錯，種類很多樣化。 被安排住在北塔，出入要走很久不是很方便(搭電梯到11樓再走一段路過天橋再搭電梯上樓) 從飯店走10分鐘左右可以到BIG C

酒店離BTS 有點距離，走路大概10分鐘左右 酒店樓下就有7-11便利店，麥當勞，晚上有擺地攤，對麪粉紅海南雞飯 房間洗手間很大，我們沒有要求BB床，自製了床圍 房間門的門鎖每次都要拍幾次卡才成功進去，不太順暢，其他都很好👍🏻

位置：就在水門附近， 附近Big C ， Central work , 四面佛步行大概10分鐘 服務： 都算熱情， 設施： 有待改進，房間冰箱不夠凍，導致放食物都會變壞 衞生： 還可以，但是房間也會有灰塵 總體來算是可以，唯獨早餐真的有點差，太偏印度式，是否因為酒店太多此客人。

The front desk and all the lobby staff is helpful. We request for higher floor, they didn't ask much and arrange for us. We stay at main tower, our room is big qnd nice view. Only thing is in room there is no umbrella, they only supply at the lobby. If too many guest use then we need to wait for them to return.

First time trying this hotel and was a great stay! Room is big and clean. Water pressure is good. Air con is cold. Stayed just bedside the lift but not affected by noise. Receptionist Daisy was thoughtful to suggest to reschedule my bday request to day of bday when checked in. Requested bday cake and was pleasantly presented together with bday deco. Thank you for the effort! Great location as it’s near platinum mall n Central World. Next to hotel is a 7-11. Very convenient. Beside hotel is also a simple mall with street stalls at night outside. Opposite of hotel have some food and massage options. On check out day, concierge/ porter Joey? and Pong was of great help with the transport to airport. Very smiley and friendly! Highly recommended~

Checking in at golden timing of about 3-4pm and was Informed that only have 2 single bed instead of one big bed and only option is to chg to another room the next day 3pm. Water in shower was slow to hot and when I try to adjust the hotness it instantly became cold and needed awhile more to reheat. Shower door could not fully close so after shower the toilet was full of water Cleaning staff was very nice and polite Staff at door very professional Location was nice if you are walking around, else traffic could be nasty if travelling by car

The 5 star rating - is misleading. The hotel is old, room decor dated and worn, amenities very basic and the warmest service are from the guys taking care of your luggage. Bathroom finishes are shoddy and no frills. What was nice in the room (deluxe room w/ bunk bed), the beds (especially bunk bed) are generously sized. We could even fit two kids on a single tier. Aircon was horribly loud, I got annoyed by the fans everytime they kick in to maintain the preset temperature. TV is old and we could only access the preset channels. wifi was unstable. We had to call for assistance to use the TV as there were no instructions. The allotted room was located in the north tower, not the main tower. There was no secure access required which can be a good thing or a bad thing for some. Notwithstanding all these, the location of the hotel is one of the best with easy access to platinum, central world and the skywalk. Will not return to stay.

My two-night stay at this five-star hotel was a mixed experience. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, right next to Bangkok's main shopping area, and the entrance is certainly ostentatious, with large columns for parking upon arrival. Despite this first impression, the overall lobby already feels a bit dated and doesn't project the image of a modern five-star hotel. The rooms are noticeably spacious, which is a big plus, and the bathroom is also roomy. However, the overall decor and furnishings feel somewhat dated; it's clear that it could use a facelift to align with current standards for a hotel of this category. The central space of the room is completely empty and lacks any decorative elements that would add character to the room. Furthermore, the interior hallways leading to the rooms are narrow and noticeably dark, with no decoration to enhance the ambiance. The common facilities extend up to the 11th floor, and from there, they are divided into two towers (I stayed in the North Tower). Access to the North Tower is inelegant, requiring crossing the pool/children's play area and taking an outdoor corridor that connects the two towers. Furthermore, the views from the pool are not spectacular, as they directly overlook the less attractive part of the shopping malls. The breakfast experience was mixed. On the first day, it was served on the ground floor of our tower. It was more oriented toward Eastern tastes, although it also caters to Western tastes, but with less variety. A curious detail was that the bread had the hotel's name engraved on it, but overall, while the breakfast was adequate, it couldn't be described as "phenomenal." On the second day, breakfast management was chaotic: the North Tower's breakfast area was closed, and all guests were moved to the central lounge on the 10th floor, which proved to be insufficient for the number of guests. We had to wait between 5 and 10 minutes just to get a table, and the lines persisted until near the end of service (around 10:00). This decision to centralize and reduce space was not appropriate for the hotel's capacity. In short, while the location is good and the rooms are large, the dated decor, the confusing layout of the building, and the poor management of the breakfast service seriously detract from the five-star experience. The most disappointing experience was check-out. We were initially assisted by the hotel manager, who was very pleasant and helpful. We were in the middle of returning our deposit when we were abruptly interrupted by another guest who, without having yet arrived at the counter, demanded to be served immediately, raising his voice to get the manager's attention. Apparently, he is a regular guest. Unfortunately, the manager assisting us relented, leaving us standing there to serve him, and relegated us to another receptionist. Without further explanation, he was somewhat rude and unprofessional. The handling of this interruption was the lowest point. Despite directly addressing the manager's misconduct, we were only given a forced apology while the customer who interrupted us laughed at the situation. The lack of action to correct the other customer's rudeness and the staff's inaction in the face of the interruption are UNACCEPTABLE for a hotel of this category.

地點超方便，對面有好多嘢食，可以去附近big c掃貨， 按摩可以喺酒店內的let’s relax

酒店在水門市場，附近有按摩街，紅大哥雞飯就在對面，房間也很大，早餐豐富，去機場快綫和Chitlom站也是10分鐘左右，Big C, 批發， Central World 也很近。

點位置非常方便，環境舒適，租了家庭房，房間很大，活動空間充足，雖然酒店耐，但一點也不覺舊，職員態度親切有禮，對面就係好味的海南雞專門店，宵夜也十分方便，小朋友喜愛串燒，是不錯的選擇

已經入住呢間酒店好幾次，地點方便，鄰近四面佛，big c .雖然酒店開始有點殘舊，但係價錢合理，下次都會入住呢間酒店

酒店位於BTS chit lom站6號出口沿天橋向右轉入gaysorn商店，走到尾再下電梯出去向右沿天橋一直走到尾，沿途會經過Big C和對面Central World， 直看會看到有P字頭的大型商場，但裡面就比較遜，進商場向右又是走到尾就是酒店。酒店算是舊式五星級酒店，可提早登記，但房卡就要到2點才拿到，房間算大但比較簡單，沒有浴缸，泳池和健身室都係一般，分主樓和北樓，北樓要在主樓11樓再換另一個地方乘電梯，早餐也是分開的，都是標準化款式。
