Located a short walk from 2 metro stations. Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights in 2 twin rooms. Each room had a bar fridge, air conditioning, Wi fi, a balcony. Rooms were clean and reasonably spacious. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed it. They were flexible about breakfast time. We also enjoyed dinner there on our last night. Across the road is Seacon Plaza which is huge and has everything you could need. There are a stack of other malls around as well.

ห้องฝุ่นเยอะมาก มุ้งลวด หลังตู้ หลังทีวี มีแต่ฝุ่น โต๊ะ ตู้ เตียงเก่ามากๆ ราวตากผ้าเช็ดตัวในห้องน้ำเป็นสนิม ภายในห้องน้ำเก่า ไม่มีตัวดูดในห้องน้ำ มีหน้าต่างในห้องน้ำ ถ้าเปิดแอร์ ลมร้อนจากคอมแอร์จะอัดเข้ามาในห้องน้ำทำให้ห้องอบมาก พักหลายวันแจ้งแม่บ้านเรื่องฝุ่นแล้วก็ยังไม่ทำ ที่จอดรถต้องจอดลานกลางแดดเท่านั้น ที่จอดในร่มใต้ตึกคิดค่าจอดเดือนล้ะ 1000 บาท ถ้าเป็นลูกค้ารายวันฝนตกก็ห้ามจอดใต้ตึก ต้องจอดข้างนอกแล้ววิ่งเอา รปภ มีหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยอย่างเดียวเท่านั้น ไม่ช่วยโบกรถ

We stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help — definitely a big plus. At first, we were given a room on the even-numbered side, and it was extremely noisy because of the road — we couldn’t sleep at all. Fortunately, we were moved to another room, and it was much better. Breakfast was unfortunately very repetitive. It’s fine for a couple of days, but after a week it becomes quite boring. Also, in all the rooms we managed to see on different floors, there was mold — in the corners of the shower and inside the air conditioner. The rooms look a bit old, and the cleaning is rather superficial. It would be nice if deep cleaning was done more often and more thoroughly. Overall, the hotel is okay for a short stay, but for a longer stay I would recommend looking for another option.

Location is superb, right opposite Seacon Square. Building conditions and ammenities are average, comes with pool, gym and self service laundry. Plenty of food and convenience stalls just 10 mins away. On my first day check in, my key card malfunctioned 7 times, so I had to go up and down 7 times just to get it working. It's not the lock on low batt mode. That really pissed me off big time.

This is a great place to stay for its price. Room was very spacious and bed was big and comfy (see photo). I had work in this area and this place was a great and inexpensive option for me. It is also very convenient and a big shopping mall (Seacon Square) is just across the street (see photo). You can basically get everything you need there, from coffee to dinner, and groceries from the supermarket to all of your shopping needs from the department store. Tks Botan!!
