雅尼素坤逸101巷酒店 (The Arni Sukhumvit 101)

Extremely clean with spacious rooms. The location is good, not great. About 1 km from the BTS in a walkable neighbourhood, although... it feels longer at the end of the day. The room is well appointed, with a full size fridge, microwave, modern bathroom, a kitchen table and chairs and utensils. Keep in mind that this is run more like a residence and not a real hotel. There's no front desk, just a person sitting outside at an impromptu table, so the check-in / check-out is weird. Also... zero English is spoken at this property, so... expect online translation or using your hands to communicate basic needs. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the cleanliness of the room and not expecting a hotel next time.

Calm and good place to stay

Location is slightly inside of nearby train station and there are many provisions of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. It is very conducive for long stay but seemed slightly expensive I feel compared to hotels of same price. Apartment instructions were very simple on alternate cleaning services at specific timings. Staff was very helpful in carrying luggage to room as there was no elevator. Overall: not much complaints or problems except there are little or almost no common sitting areas.

1.臨時定的，Abb上面問房東問題不回。 永安定了。沒有給任何入住指示。到了樓下竟然是保安在辦理入住的，到達的夜晚，保安態度不錯。還有一衹粘人的暹羅貓。 2.位置像偏僻鄉村，一個女孩子還真是有些害怕。電視兩個遙控，不知道怎麼用，也不去叫保安來，這裏除了保安沒有任何工作人員！所以可以説是沒有服務可言的 3.單間一看好像很乾凈，但是竟然第二天發現浴巾上面有血跡。。。整個人都不好了！他們這種地方都是自己洗沒有高温消毒的！！實在讓我印象大打折扣！ 4.第二天的保安不是那麼好了，感覺有些**，當我退房到了樓下，他上去確認之後再給我退按金，我發現我東西拉在冰箱，便利店買的飯和甜點，想送給他吃告訴他可以吃的。然後我就馬上上去了。結果敲門他不開，敲了很久，後來才知道是在叮飯。我聽到微波爐的東西在叮的聲音，後面他把一份飯和一個甜點還給我，我説不用，送你了。我上來也是為了跟他説這些都送給他吃，可以吃的。還有我的內衣，他告訴我落下了。但是被他拿過了，我就直接扔了。。。我再後來離開在門口等車看到他拿換洗的被子上去鋪。抱在手裡，感覺非常不乾淨。這一天都流了多少汗。 4.回到我常待的市區。還是發現不能住在這樣的偏僻地方，周邊吃飯的很少也很臟。 5.這裏公寓也沒有任何服務，房間內沒有任何wifi標識。太晚了也不知道找誰。打電話給女老闆，也是非常生硬冷漠的語氣！abb網上發消息給老闆基本上幾個小時才回！總之非常不方便！不建議入住
