酒店附近有大商場及夜市，購物及餐廳的選擇很多。職員很有禮貌，會主動關心你是否需要幫助。 房間的景觀開揚，各樣設施都新淨整潔。

Stayed in club room. Really enjoyed the club siraa facilities, fnb , n esp the signature cocktails at 530pm. Was allowed early check in n late check out, mook was really excellent in her customer service n care. Arrived at 1030am n whilst waiting for the room to be cleaned, one of the kind ladies (fai i think) got me coffee n some pastries... tried amaya for bfast on one of the days , n the depth n quality of food was also amazing. The FnB team have done so well. I also loved the panpuri toiletries..all in grt stay n will be back again :)

Travelling with 2 kids, we truly enjoyed every single minute of our stay here. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, which made everything easier for us as a family. The hotel is super clean, spacious enough for the four of us, and conveniently located just opposite Platinum Mall. Big plus point—it even has a bidet! The only small area for improvement would be to provide bottled mineral water instead of just drinking water, as the water quality felt a little doubtful 😅 Other than that, it’s highly recommended and absolutely worth every penny!

Location is great. Hotel feels new and cheerful. Stayed at the top most floor on Level 30 - Lifts are designated and efficient. King size bed is superb. Overall clean but some tiny insect appeared in my friend's room next door. Good variety of food for breakfast. Very friendly and courteous staff who are responsive. The Spa was excellent and relaxing. Only setback is that housekeeping was late and not done even at 3pm on one of the day that we were back to the hotel earlier.

فندق رائع وجميل وافكر اسكن في مره ثانيه قريب من سوق بلاتنيوم و مول سنترال ورود و وجمعية big C ومن من صيدلية Tofo ويبعد عشر دقايق عن سيام وايضا شارع العرب فندق رائع

From the moment I arrived, she greeted me warmly with a friendly smile and made me feel welcome right away. Charis was professional, efficient, and attentive to detail. She explained everything clearly—from room details to hotel amenities—and handled the process quickly while still making sure I was comfortable and informed. What stood out most was her genuine hospitality and positive attitude. It really made a great first impression of the hotel, and set the tone for the rest of my stay. Splurge a bit more for their newly renovated rooms “Premier King” and did not regret. Rooms were spacious with separate basin & toilet/shower area. Hotel hospitality was indeed 5 star. Every individual was so welcoming every single day and made our stay ease. The most unique thing I love is the lift!!!!!!! Area is good, exactly opposite Platinum Mall, it’s just that currently there are construction for train so will have to wait just a slight longer otherwise the area is perfect. Walking distance to every possible corner =)

Very good location.Plantium mall just opposite. Central mall is nearby. Breakfast is very nice.We enjoy the Breakfast Very much.Staff is very helpful and friendly. Will stay again for next visit
