Room is large and clean. Free fruit basket. However location is a distance from the train station and in hot weather can feel even further.

Exceptional Stay at Fraser Suites Sukhumvit Bangkok! We had a wonderful experience staying at Fraser Suites Sukhumvit Bangkok. The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean, and having a balcony was a great bonus — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and what truly stood out was the management’s proactive approach to guest satisfaction. The General Manager even took time to personally speak with us, showing a genuine interest in feedback and continuous improvement. The location is ideal — within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars, and nightlife options. The complimentary shuttle to Nana BTS station made getting around Bangkok extremely convenient. Housekeeping kept our room spotless with daily cleaning, which was much appreciated. Overall, an excellent stay. I highly recommend Fraser Suites Sukhumvit to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a central location in Bangkok.

It's very clean and spacious and there's 7-11 nearby and Terminal 21 is just a few mins walk...very good location too

I had a great stay at Fraser Suites and the breakfast was a highlight. The selection was diverse, with a notable focus on Indian cuisine, which was a pleasant surprise. The dosai was especially well-made, fresh, and flavorful, adding a nice touch to the usual breakfast offerings.   The staff were warm and attentive, always ensuring guests were comfortable and well taken care of. Their service was prompt, and they maintained a friendly, welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. It was a great way to start the day, and I truly appreciated their hospitality.

As always, a fantastic stay I a great hotel, great location, brilliant Indian food for room service and great staff that go out of there way to make your stay so much more comfortable.

The location is convenient, close to restaurants and bars. However, it may not be suitable for someone who wants to be in a clean outdoor area, as there were rats running around. The property looks nice from the outside and gives off a luxurious vibe, attracting expensive-looking guests. But inside, it’s a different story. The property itself is quite old and needs renovations and upgrades. It doesn’t give off a clean and modern vibe for the price you pay. The "lobby" is small and overcrowded, near the lifts. There’s a reception desk with too many people and too much noise, making it overwhelming. It doesn’t allow you to experience the place itself, sit down, or relax. The sink and toilet were clogging up fast at one point. The view from the apartment was quite nice, and the breakfast was decent. The receptionists were kind and friendly. However, the overcrowding and noise in the "lobby" made it difficult to concentrate on your own business. The lady who helped us in was Indian and kindly helped us book a car for the next day to go to Koh Samet. However, she was interrupted multiple times while speaking to us, which was rude and unwelcoming. They should have more staff so that guests can check in without interruptions. The lady's kindness in booking a car for us was appreciated. However, we were quoted 3500 from the hotel to Rayong ferry station by a guy in the hotel. Later, we found out that the same 永安 costs 1800/2000 baht, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t suggest booking transport from the hotel, but rather book elsewhere where you can get the same service for a cheaper price. Overall, Frasier Suites seems to be a brand based on its reputation and the type of guests (middle class-ish), but it doesn’t offer anything special or interesting.

The hotel is close to my destination and the cleanliness is the acceptable but it seems a bit old now. I love the fact that it got a washing machine, so i can wash my clothes. It’s best choice for a family with kids.
