格蘭德阿索克套房精品公寓 (Grand Asoke Suites Boutique Residence)

宣稱寵物友善，但床底與沙發都不是直接落地，灰塵未清，寵物直接不舒服。另外，給了小費請求幫忙協助做小裝飾未果，錢倒是拿得很開心，詢問後前台回應房務說房間沒放錢。雖然這種羅生門前台難以處理，但對房客而言對此飯店完全失去信心，設備跟地理位置也不好，此後不會再來。

Nice sized rooms, a little dated furniture and fittings.  Good location with shuttle bus to BTS. Staff good, just needs a refurb.

公寓設備齊全，房間很大，只有客廁有抽氣，套廁沒有抽氣。每日補充2瓶水，酒店員工態度良好。 頂樓有泳池，望落似乾淨，桑拿房要預約，健身室一股黴味，因為一般不開冷氣。 但整體房間比較老舊，沙發有污積，淋浴間隔水一般，總會滲水出去，床單穿窿。吹風筒低級，風力和熱力不能分開調較，想用大風吹就變熱風。紙巾只有卷紙，廳用的也是沒有包裝的卷紙，感覺一般。 距離terminal 21大概步行8分鐘。

Отличные апартаменты в центре города. В 5 минутах от отеля находится станция MRT Asok, а также Terminal 21. Сами апартаменты очень большие и в них есть все для проживания. На крыше отеля есть бассейн с джакузи, фитнес зал и сауна с хамам. Советую для проживания.

위치는 아속역에서 10분 내외 거리에 있습니다. 호텔은 대로변의 안쪽 이면 도로에 위치해 있습니다. 체크인은 2층에서 하였고 체크인 속도는 매우 빨랐습니다 직원들은 모두 친절했습니다. 그리고 옥상에 수영장이 이었습니다. 하지만 수영장 크기는 매우 작아서 실제로 수영을 하지는 않았습니다. 헬스장도 있었지만 헬스장의 기구가 너무 오래되어서 교체가 필요해 보였습니다. 워킹머신정도로만 운동을 할수 있었고 나머지 기구들은 낡았습니다. 호텔 전체 컨디션은 세월의 흔적이 느껴졌습니다. 방 크기는 컸고 정상 적동 모두 했습니다.

Staff service attitude is good. Facility/furnishings appears dated. I had to charge my phones & devices at kitchen table top due lack of sufficient power outlet. No power outlets at sofa area. Maybe more power outlets to add on Study table area and bedside table area. BTW, the light switches are vastly spread out, in living room/kitchen area. Hassle to turn off light fixture every light before sleep. The hotel should added a digital panel to control all light fixtures, so that guests can remotely & centrally turn off the lights at all corners of the room.

Overall stay was alright. But the Grand Asoke Boutique Residence was not a 5* or 4* hotel as advertised. Price of the rooms does not match the quality of the stay. The appliances and furniture were outdated. There were multiple displeasing factors: 1) When we parked our car and were moving our luggages to the lobby, the security guard saw us but didn’t offer to help 2) Upon checking in, the receptionist offered to upgrade us from the deluxe suite to the executive suite which was bigger. However, when we entered the executive suite, it felt like the room was neglected. Paintings were tilted, stench from the air vents, plastic wrapping in the cupboards. The room had an eerie feeling. 3) We decided to stick to our booking. The deluxe suite had its fair share of issues. Yellowish dim lighting coupled with old appliances and noisy water pipes makes you feel like you’re back in some 1990s room. 4) The key card system was outdated that one may take multiple tries to enter the room. 5) Unpleasant walk back from Asoke BTS as the hotel was right next to a canal. 6) Apparently the hotel name is not only Grand Asoke Boutique Residence, they have another 永安 posting as Grand Mercure Asoke Residence. With exactly the same room posting. Which makes no sense. When we asked the hotel staffs regarding the names, they were not able to give us a clear answer.

地方可以，一房一廳，有雪櫃微波爐洗衣機，廁所十分清潔，水壓滿意，熱水要等待20秒左右，才有熱水，
