曼谷漢薩爾酒店 (Hansar Bangkok)

與老婆慶祝結婚16週年紀念 酒店有驚喜禮物 非常貼心 地點係BTS站旁，四面佛後面，無懈可擊 酒店設施完善，Spa不貴，清潔乾淨，技師技術好 早餐不多種類，但好吃 環境清潔度就麻麻，到處都見到頭髮 TV,壞了，但修理唔到，只可以睇YouTube ，其他都睇唔到

漢薩還是一如既往的好品質 ，雖然酒店有些老了，但服務早餐和各種運動設施都依然很好，地理位置也top，雖然很多年沒住了，這次回去還是很喜歡

服務認真有心，幫我們免費升級到最高樓層客房， 10分美麗面積位置嘅街，內裏設施寬敞實用，適合多人家庭可以一起吃飯或傾偈，環境很舒適，亦具有泰國風情，早餐亦都很多樣化， 30度天氣下也有微微風吹着室外吃早餐，一點即到而且熱騰騰很美味，每道菜也有花朵裝飾很用心思

這一次帶老婆跟三歲的兒子一起入住，因為主要都是自由行程，所以每天都行程滿滿，這家飯店早餐很不錯，吃了四天都沒有膩，房間也夠大，兒子很開心的跑來跑去，游泳池是兒子另一個最愛的地方，飯店內也有按摩，但是因為照顧兒子沒能跟太太按摩放鬆，地理環境也很好，距離四面佛走路只要5分鐘，距離約3-400公尺，離Central World跟Big C 走路也只需要10分鐘，這次住宿體驗還是很滿意的，下次還會再來住宿。

基本上地點很方便，這次我第三次來住Hansar hotel ,房間很大、服務人員親切，但由於有一些設施比較舊了，比如插座跟馬桶，覺得可以更新一下，有一個床頭的插座因為比較老舊所以跟插頭無法密合，導致無法充電，除此之外大部分都還不錯，還是會推薦給別人來曼谷的方便住宿

酒店房間空間很大，有一個小客廳。 而且酒店8樓和10樓也有按摩服務。 也是容易可以預約的，這方面十分方便，而且技師手法專業，格價亦10分相宜。 距離幾個大商場的路程都近，如果行路大約十分鐘步程。 有一點不太方便就是酒店下面沒有找到任何便利店，不過對我們沒有太大影響，因為我們也是坐車出去商場吃飯購物。

住了很多次hansar，房間大服務好。提前發郵件預約了spa還貼心的給我發回了spa菜單。健身房不大但是夠用，每一個服務人員都很耐心熱情。早餐很好吃，種類不算多但是很多可以單點的菜品，可以坐在戶外看景觀吃早餐。

地理位置近🚇口5分鐘，周圍步行範圍四面佛和商場， 房間面積大，服務也熱情有禮 酒店內的按摩舒服，早餐內容豐富，西餐廳味道也很好 總體感覺不錯！值得推薦

Location: I booked 4stars Hansar for its location as I thought it was located near the 5star hotels like Anantara Siam n St Regis. However it is in fact off the main Erawan shrine Rd n down a side road - not so good if one is a solo traveller walking in late at night. So location does not cut it. Cleanliness: Debatable. My first room had a musky old carpet smell n as the furnishings are dated, things do not look sparkling clean. Service: Good in general and attentive to the issues I had from the first night stay. However I told front desk that asking for THB 2000 security deposit PER DAY stay is not reasonable. Told them to do away with mini bar drinks n snacks n yo lessen the security deposit to xx per stay. Which is what some other hotels do. TV channels: Terrible reception of channels. Blurry images n looks like the TV is on its last legs. In English language, I found CNBC n the BBC. Didn't look further. Both channels blurry n causes eyes to be v tired if watching the news. Amenities: Walls of room which are covered in old grey thai silk which are peppered full of stains here n there n everywhere. I told hotel front desk that they must refresh this aspect. It looks disgusting for the price paid per night. Bathroom n WC are tired looking with visible cracks on the WC n shower floor. My first night shower holder had no rotating shower holder such that I had to hunker down to shampoo hair. The shower trap was also loose causing me to almost cut my big toe as I stepped into the sharp edged crevice. The room door has not internal Security chain lock - this is a no no for solo travellers especially females. Front desk explained that in fact the internal turn lock has an internal lock n if used correctly, the housekeeping cannot enter. My reply is that that is NOT sufficient as there is no confirmation that this internal local works when looking at it from the inside. And when one is alone, how does one test this lock?? I do not recommend this hotel for solo last travellers. Spa on 8th floor n 10th floor: only visited the 8th floor where the pool is located. Spa floor is in my view, the saving grace of hotel. Excellent service from spa. Experienced masseuse - ask for June. Breakfast: reasonably good with choice of fresh fruits n good fresh salad leaves n condiments. Unlimited Ala carte choices are a bit basic but decent. Open air n indoors seating. Breakfast staff are pleasant n attentive. Hansar needs to refresh their rooms n do a thorough QC check on the points I mentioned. DESPITE or inspite of the size of their huge rooms, there are many negative QC issues which management must see to immediately.

The hotel is clean, perhaps it is also a residence? The breakfast is alright, as there are a few choices. If you are staying for more than 5 days, then the choices are limited. There are 2 spas, but they close rather early at 8pm and open at 11am. Short operating time, to me as I prefer to have a massage just before bedtime. Location-wise it is just a short distance away from Rachadamri BTS which is good consider is just away from a few interchanges to the MRT, etc. and walking distant to the other big shopping malls; central world, Siam Paragon, etc. The room I booked, it rather big for a solo traveler. The other setback; it sells about late checkout, about 3pm, but was told not available. A friend who recommended me this hotel experienced the same although she booked directly from the hotel! Nevertheless, overall, the hotel is good for the friendly staffs, cleanliness and close to the BTS.
