位置的確偏遠，我們都以call 車出入。雖然酒店有接駁車去BTS站。但是房間很大，有廚房，洗衣機乾衣機很方便。而且有兩個廁所不用等候家人洗完澡才可以洗。

環境安靜 ,購物方便,附近有很多日式餐廳可以參考，價格實惠。適閤家庭旅遊，服務帶人親切 早餐要再加強，可以考慮一份份的,不一定要自助餐形式.

位置鬧中取靜，周邊吃喝玩樂配套齊全，非常方便。房間內設施齊全，烹調，洗衣配置到位，房間非常寬敞，床品舒適，且價格公道，下次來還住這裏。

The hotel itself was decent. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfy and I loved the illumination on the wardrobe. But, lighting was not great at all so wasn’t too great to do make up. However, there was a nice dresser table with a mirror. The TV was big, easy to use and had English shows which was nice! The pool is a lot smaller than the pictures but was still pretty cool. On the other hand, the gym was amazing! Lots of great equipment and good options. The hotel is situated by the main road and about 25/30mins drive from BKK (up to 45mins drive -depends on traffic). There is a BTS station about 15min walk away which gives great access to stations where you can see the famous malls and landmarks. The staff that clean the rooms are really really lovely and they always check in on you, which was so nice. We got fresh towels and water everyday. The desk staff on the other hard were more curt but not bad at all. There is a 7/11 near by which was nice. Please note, this is a completely SMOKE -free hotel. You CANNOT smoke on the balcony, they tell you this when you check in , but would have been nice if they signposted this on the booking page/policies.

Location and size of the apartment (we booked a 3 bedroom apartment) was excellent! The apartment was very clean and the cleaning stuff always polite and kind. The swimming pool is not very big but still easy to enjoy in an hot Bangkok afternoon. They must renew the bath and swimming pool towels because they are outrageously outdated and looking very bad. The breakfast was one of the worst of my breakfast hotel experiences. I am not a picky eater but the coffee was horrible and the fruits not fresh at all! Again overall we had a nice experience but with few adjustments this Oakwood residence will be a place where to go back.

Always my preferred option to stay whenever I’m back to BKK. Feel like home. The only issue that I had this 永安 is the wifi. The connection is weak and slow, would be good if this can be improved.

very well located in the middle of the city ,I am very enjoying to stay restaurants and bars it’s just nearby people here very lovely the staff are helpful and room is super clean. I will come back again!

地點稍微可惜了一點，到任何有名的景點「iconsiam、central world......」都要坐車20分鐘以上，離BTS站也遠，坐車要5分鐘，但房型很不錯，很適合五位以上的遊客來住，飯店不高，擁有大量陽台，七樓也有健身房與游泳池，不錯！

I used to love this hidden gem in thonglor but during our last stay, I was disappointed. The room was not clean - kitchen counter has food crumbs that was not ours. They washed the utensils we used but it was not washed properly - food remnants on it. The couch was so dusty. My son sat there for an hour and had allergies. And to top it all up, J-avenue, the closest commercial complex is closed except for the supermarket. I wish they disclosed this information before I booked.

這是一間90年代的酒店，尤其體現在浴室，有浴缸及花灑，浴缸設計，沖涼時去水不佳，非常慢，沖涼後整個地下都是水，很討厭。 酒店有游泳池面積也非常少，只是浸水不能做運動，健身室面積也很少，只有幾部機器.. 酒店早餐不吃也罷，選擇少，還有非常多蚊滋，千萬不要付費吃不值得。
