水門公園酒店 (FuramaXclusive Pratunam Park Hotel)

Check out等侯時間太長 明明都冇嘢可以拎得走 唔知check咁耐check啲乜 又話禁**但每次行入𨋢都成陣**味 一次性用品全部都冇-.-

On a resté en total 10 nuits en 2 fois et il n’y a rien à. dire ! C’était super. Que des compliments, services parfaites, personnels très accueillants et très gentils. Surtout la responsable de l’hôtel qui nous a accueilli avec le bras ouvert et qui est très gentille et bien sûr souriante. Elle a communiqué même avec nous les quelques phrases en français . C’était formidable ! À chaque passage, nous n’avons donné que les 5 étoiles. Bien entendu, nous y retournerons le prochain voyage

Good location, big room & clean but smoking smelly still for those very sensitive people.

Nous sommes très contents de rester ici à Furamaxclusive Pratunam et, surtout, il y a une dame très généreuse qui s’occupe bien de nous à l’accueil, on doit la remercier vivement .Une chose c’est sûr, on va revenir ici sans doute pour les prochaines vacances.  Antoine LEVAND

Very convenient location with plenty of eateries nearby and close to the wholesale market, making it ideal for those who love shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant

With the price of hotel, its not complete for amenities, no slippers, no laundry bag, no tisu on the table, no toothbrush, and coffee tea for my kids room and no cleaning

My experience at was far from ideal due to a number of issues. Firstly, the deposit requirement of 2000 Thai Baht per room was excessively high and completely unexpected. This was particularly inconvenient as I did not have enough cash on hand for the 永安. It would have been much more helpful if this had been communicated clearly during the booking process so I could have planned accordingly. Secondly, upon check-out, we were informed that a stain had been found on one of the pillowcases, and we were charged 200 Thai Baht for cleaning. This charge felt unfair, as we didn’t cause any damage. What was even more surprising was that the housekeeping staff performed an immediate room check right after we checked out, which felt intrusive and was not standard practice compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in. Additionally, housekeeping did not replace or clean the used cups in our room, which is typically expected during a hotel stay. The table was also dirty and had not been wiped down, further contributing to the lack of attention to detail.

Very old hotel, with prayer incense in the bedroom. No toothbrush, no shaving razor, no amenities included in this bedroom except for shampoo and body wash. Bedroom very old decoration and very standard. Not as beautiful as the pictures shown on 永安. Breakfast also very standard. Already paid with 永安 for around Usd 140 for 2 nights, but the reception asked me to pay again with cash for Baht 4580 and deposit Baht 2000.
