週日白金套房 (Sunday Platinum Suites)

Not what aspected. Its not even a 3 star hotel.

Same 4 staff members that were on around the clock. None of them could speak English or seemed to enjoy making things difficult. Got there after a long haul travel and was desperate for a drink and they don’t even have a cafe, vending machine or any means to buy a bottle of water or a coffee. I ended up ordering water and snacks on Grab and had them delivered to the hotel lobby… before I even got into my room. The pool needs cleaned and the heaviest weights in the gym were 10kg 🤷🏻♂️ The bed was terribly uncomfortable, the shower didn’t have a wall rack to put your soap etc on. Also supposed to be no smoking, yet every night my flooor was stinking of smoke. When I went to the front desk and mentioned it to them they just looked at me like I was daft. Then on the morning I left they went to check the room…. Please take heed of this one…. The rooms have a small fridge and there’s 2 small glass bottles of water on the counter top when you arrive in your room…. Well done drank one but the bottle never left the room with me. Anyway, I had ordered and had a large 6 pack of water delivered the day of arrived, but I drank one of the glass bottles that seemed to be courtesy of the hotel, like most hotels do…. But even though I never took the glass bottle out of the room…. They staff were making a scene about a glass bottle being missing when the maid checked my room when I was trying to check out. I realised quickly they were looking for an excuse to keep my 1000TBH deposit. I know they were at it because I had the ‘no room service’ sign on my door the few days i stayed there. And 100% know I didn’t take one of the glass bottles out of the room. So the maid was at it… I went back up to the room, and my taxi was sat outside, whilst they either couldn’t understand me or they were playing dumb, but were saying a bottle of water was missing. Now I’d have just given them the 1000TBH as a tip had they not been as snide. Especially trying to come away with that nonsense over a glass bottle, when my taxi was sitting outside, looking for an excuse to not give me my deposit back. AND WHAT’S WORSE…. IS THEY NEVER MENTIONED A THING ABOUT ANY RULES OR PROTOCOLS ABOUT DRINKING THE BOTTLES WATER IN THE ROOM. I’ve travelled the world and never encountered such nonsense. I referred to this hotel as Faulty Towers when posting on my socials. The location isn’t great neither, but at least that’s my fault for not doing more research on it.

โรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลจากราชมังมาก เรียก Grab มารับได้ มี 7-11 ไม่ไกล จากที่พักเดินออกจากซอยมาประมาณ 300 เมตร มีที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง

ห้องพักสะอาดมากๆๆที่จอดรถดี พนักงานอัธยาศัยดีน่ารักมีService mind🫶🏻 ตั้งแต่Front ,Housekeeping สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักครบคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไป บรรยากาศดีบริเวณใกล้เคียงยังมี ร้านอาหาร ร้านสะดวกซื้อ สะดวกเดินทางง่าย แล้วจะไปพักอีกแน่นอน

Amazing staff. My first time at this property and I would go back again. Rooms have everything you need.

ประทับใจพนักงานมีความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดีให้คำปรึกษาเป็นกันเองมากค่ะ แนะนำสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอย่างชัดเจน รู้สึกอบอุ่นใจที่ได้ใช้บริการ โรงแรมเป็นโรงแรมขนาดกลางไม่เล็กไม่ใหญ่แต่สะดวกในการเดินทางไม่ว่าจะมาจากสนามบินดอนเมืองหรือสุวรรณภูมืก็สะดวกเพราะโรงแรมอยู่กึ่งกลาง มีแอร์พอร์ตลิ้งค์ด้วย ราคากำลังดีเหมาะสม ในราคานี้มีสระว่ายน้ำให้ด้วยค่ะ ที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง โรงแรมค่อนข้างเงียบสงบไม่วุ่นวายค่ะชอบมากๆ ใกล้โรงแรมมีตลาดนัดเล็กๆกับร้านสะดวกซื้อเดินได้ไม่ไกลมาก โดยรวมถือว่าคุ้มค่าค่ะ I am impressed with the service of this hotel. The staff are very helpful and give good advice. The hotel is convenient to travel and is close to the airport real links. The hotel is medium sized but feels warm and worth the price. There is a swimming pool, spacious parking, a concenience store and a flea market within walking distance. Overall, it is very worthwhile.

พนักงานงานตอนรับดูแลเอาใจใส่ดีค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด อาหารอร่อย ที่จอดรถสะดวกสบาย มี รปภ ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ทำเลที่ตั้งถือว่าดีมากค่ะ สะดวกในการเดินทางใกล้สนามบิน ใกล้ Airport Rail Link Ramkhamhaeng Station ค่ะ ถ้ามาทำงานแถวนี้จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ😃😃😃😃

ครั้งแรกที่ได้พักกับทางโรงแรมนี้ ไม่คาดหวังเลยว่าโรงแรมจะสะอาดขนาดนี้ พนักงานหน้าเคาเตอร์บริการเอาใจใส่ดีมาก เข้าไปหน้าล็อบบี้มีกลิ่นหอมสุดๆ อาหารเช้าหลากหลายดี รสชาติอร่อย สามารถเดินทางเข้าไปในสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างสะดวกสบายบาย ที่ชอบสุดคือสระว่ายน้ำดีมาก ลูกเล่นทั้งวัน แล้วบอกตรงๆคือน้ำสะอาดมาก ครั้งหน้าเราจะพาครอบครัวกับมาพักกับทางโรงแรมอีกแน่นอน
