老牌五星 酒店設施有點老 但是位置很方便 在21商場旁邊 吃飯逛街都很方便 也是bts和mrt交錯的一個大站旁邊 酒店很多日本人 所以感覺日餐蠻多的 可以有點中餐就更好了 還有噪音有點大 靠近主要幹道 建議怕吵的別選沒去游泳池 還有床稍微有點軟

酒店有點舊，裝修有點老了，窗戶隔音很差，23樓12點多大晚上還是能聽到馬路上嘈雜的摩託車聲。 最後一晚換到了離馬路遠一點的房間，聲音稍微好一點，但空調聲有點大。 行政酒廊下午吃的不多，晚飯時間人很多，有時候會沒有座位。 離地鐵站很近，交通方便。隔壁是terminal21商場，購物方便。 酒店周邊按摩店很多，也很方便。

前台女士服務態度很好，酒店整體房間整潔無異味，更新下淋浴花灑系統會更好，是素坤逸地區不錯的酒店了，愛乾淨的可以入住

My recent stay was a mixed experience, but the exceptional staff and delicious food truly stood out. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. Their warm service was definitely the highlight of my 永安. The breakfast was also fantastic—the variety was great, and the food was fresh and high-quality. It’s clear that a lot of care is put into their culinary offerings. On the other hand, the hotel's facilities could use a major update. The overall decor felt quite dated, and the room itself had several issues. The shower pressure was very low, which was frustrating. On my first night, the shampoo dispenser was completely empty. I left a note for housekeeping, but it still wasn't refilled the next day. I don't blame the staff, but it was an oversight that affected my stay. Furthermore, some of the room's electrical systems seemed old. The control panel was outdated, with exposed wires, and the telephone was out of service. I also found that some of the power outlets were loose, making it difficult to charge my devices. In summary, if you're looking for a hotel with outstanding service and great food, this is a solid choice. However, if modern facilities and a new-looking room are a priority, you might want to consider other options.

The location of this hotel is excellent as it is just 1 to 2 mins away from asok bts and about 3 mins away from sukhumvit mrt. It is also just beside terminal 21. Check-in was smooth. I booked a room with lounge access, but the staff failed to give me the letter stating the lounge timings and what I was entitled to. In addition, I was entitled to 2 free drinks at the bar but again the staff doing the check-in failed to give me the voucher for them. I was also not given a receipt for the deposit I paid, and was not told an e copy would be sent instead. The room was fine. It felt a bit dark and run down / old. The tv was not functioning well. The top part of the screen was darkened. Unlike other hotels of similar ratings, there wasn't a pillow menu available as well. The lounge was fine. Canapés consisted either of seafood or spicy stuff or a mixture of the two, both of which I don't eat partly due to allergies. Hence it was disappointing. In addition, they ran out of canned lipton lemon tea. I don't understand how they do their stock taking or why it wasn't topped up in their inventory when they know there are only 2 cans left. Room service was stingy with their coffee. I tend to drink a lot of coffee and put 2 packets per cup. Yet when I asked for a top-up they said they normally only give a up to 5 pet room. Cleaner was odd. When I asked her for additional amenities she said she has to "call first". Presumably room service. I'm not sure if this is the standard operating procedure for this hotel because this is the first time I've encountered such a thing. For a 5 star hotel and the price they are charging I'm surprised at the stinginess of the coffee and how they can assume that those who allergic to seafood will eat spicy stuff (as that was the only other alternative available).

酒店不算新，但是勝在地理位置優越 出門就是商場和地鐵，非常的方便 每天就是地鐵出去兜個景點再地鐵回來 因為如果你叫grab，等待就得等半小時 所以還不如去坐地鐵來得更方便些 附近吃飯的地方也蠻多的 早餐也是不錯的，居然還有椰子 每天早上必搞一個椰子喝喝，兒子還要把 裏面的椰肉挖乾淨吃掉，水果還有剝好的柚子 給個大大的贊👍🏻不過柚子吃完就換其它水果了 吃完早飯回房間躺會兒，出門按一下清掃就行 泳池基本上包場，沒啥人晚上去遊 泳池稍微有點小了，其它都還行 不過總體來講還是推薦的😏
