住機場旁邊，從來都不會在乎酒店會不會太普通，凱悅還算可以，最主要夠近，有車送到機場，基本設施完備就可以了。最滿意的就是房間窗口望出去就是一家711，太棒了！

離機場最近的酒店，隨時有shuttle bus 好評，一樓4號口旁邊的小桌子報預訂人的名字就好。但沒有小童用品誒，比如小童拖鞋，小童牙刷。而且不得不説的是備品裏化粧棉的質量好差，輕擦一下就破了

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. It is a little pricey but worth it. Breakfast is served at 3am. So no matter what time your flight is you have time to eat. Not to mention the 24 hour room service if you would like to eat in the comfort of your room at 1am. The pool, the spa, the gym…it is the ideal way to end a 永安 to Thailand and not worry about getting to the airport on time because you’re already there. AND the FREE shuttle leaves every 5-10 minutes. Practical reasons alone make this hotel worth the stay. It’s perfect to relaxing before a flight and to chill in your room to regroup.

Be careful with the Hyatt Regency hotel near Bangkok airport. It’s a nightmare. I have never in my life seen a hotel this filthy. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve uploaded photos so you can see I’m not exaggerating. The mattress and everything else looks like it’s over 20 years old. Nobody maintains it, nobody cares. Honestly, it’s revolting to even think about sleeping there — just look, it’s horrifying. On top of that, I was forced awake at 5 a.m. because the blackout curtains are nowhere near 100% — the room fills with light. So don’t waste your money or your energy on this disgrace of a hotel. It’s trash.

Отель красивый, большая очень ухоженая территория. Шезлонгов хватает всем. При заезде никаких напитков и полотенец не предлагают но мы увидели их в холодильнике около респешен и взяли сами. Берут депозит 4млн рупий или 22тр. Полотенца выдают только в одном месте у бассейна - это очень не удобно. Выдают карту отеля которая мало информативно. Там нет информации о режиме работы ресторанов и развлечений, не отмечено где взять полотенца, нет расписания активностей и не помечено где они проходят. Всё нужно бегать и узнавать, это крайне не удобно. Завтраки хорошие. Рядом через дорогу торговые ряды с ресторанами. Цены высокие, даже вода за деньги у бассейна, хотя в Хаят в Хуахин поставили диспансер со стаканами. Уж воду могли бы давать бесплатно . В целом в Нуса Дуа цены вдвое выше чем на Кута, к этому нужно быть готовым. Пляж очень мелкий и с рифами. Справа у отеля Марусака лучше пляж, мы ходили туда. На мой взгляд своих денег отель не стоит хоть и очень славный.

Great 5 star hotel just 300 meters from the BKK airport! A nice (almost entirely private) shuttle runs every ten minutes for both pick ups and drop offs so you should never have to wait too long for your ride (they have a little Hyatt Regency desk on level 2, gate 4 of Arrivals which is very easy to find). This hotel used to be the Novotel and their contract with the Airport ran out in early 2025 so the Hyatt Regency took over. So it definitely got a bit of an upgrade in the last 6 months. This is a very classic and classy hotel with an incredible pool (perfect for the kids to splash around before their big flight). The hotel is massive and has a lot of wood themes and Thai Buddhist art and does not have that ultra-modern “space age” feel of some newer hotels in downtown Bangkok. But this is not a disadvantage. The decoration is something like you might see in the king of Thailand’s estate- classic but not tired. Regal but not not pretentious. It feels right and I thought the furnishings were both warm and inviting while casting a vision of a grandiose space at the same time. They have struck a good balance here and I liked both the rooms and the lobby. I ate dinner and breakfast here and both meals were worth it. The Thai dishes on the menu were all well prepared and up to a good local standard and the Oreo New York Cheesecake was mouthwatering! Breakfast was thoughtful and had great little touches including homemade juices, a mini bagel and homemade cream cheese bar, French toast, pancakes, donuts, fresh fruit, made-to-order omelettes, a nice salad bar, and a great yoghurt and Muesli bar with lots of toppings. Definitely something here for everyone. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful relaxing stay. In my research there were a few questionable 3 star hotels, some strange home stays, and some cramped sleep Pods within a few km of the BKK airport. But this was hands-down the best and most convenient of all the hotels in a 5 to 10km area of the airport. A great way to start or finish any Thai vacation!

轉機最好的酒店，沒有之一。 位置，地下一層有個連廊可以直通客運大樓，走路10分鐘之內就可以到。酒店班車在2層的4號門門外，4號門門裡面有一個Hyatt的櫃枱，核對預訂訊息就可以乘坐。車是隨到隨走，不需要等其他乘客，這個是一般酒店很難做到的。車程2-3分鐘。從酒店到機場也是一樣，隨到隨走，24小時 住宿，比起海邊，這裏不潮濕，但是通風不好，2層有點發黴的味道，窗外是酒店內的植物 服務，酒店員工有服務意識，比較符合五星級酒店 周邊，酒店出來有個7-11不用走到客運大樓 曼谷的交通不好，早航還是住機場附近比較踏實

The Hyatt Regency was a pleasant and convenient overnight stop at BKK Airport. The room was spacious for our family of 3. The bathroom a luxury. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The downstairs restaurant was a treat, especially the buffet dinner , where we enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes.

空港の早朝便利用のため、利用しました。 この価格でハイアットに泊まれるなら、、、！と空港野宿迴避のために、利用しましたが、お部屋もシャワーも広く大満足です。スタッフの方も親切で、次の日の出発の飛行機を確認し、朝の出発のバスや起きる時間などを一緒に考えてくれました。今度はゆっくり泊まりたいです。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The mattress was very comfortable and contributed to a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness facility was well-equipped. The shuttle bus to the airport was fast and reliable. A big advantage is that you can reach Terminal 1 on foot within a few minutes via an underground passage, where you pass the Superrich currency exchange. The fruit provided in the room was a nice extra. Some drawbacks were the unpleasant smell in the room, possibly because the windows cannot be opened and the interior is somewhat dated. I also found the room numbering a bit confusing—for example, a room on the second floor was numbered 1432. Additionally, it took me some time to find my way to the fitness center. Despite these issues, I had a good stay overall.
