納菲拉皇家酒店 (Napheera Royal Tel)

We booked this hotel as it said in the description that it was a 5 star hotel. It is NOT. it's barely 2 star. On entering the staff member was sat outside and saw us come in but didn't greet us until we said we had a booking. She then came over very unfriendly and also couldn't speak any English which was awkward as she couldn't find our booking for 30 minutes. She eventually found it but gave no details on the breakfast etc which was meant to be included. Anyway we proceeded up the lift to our floor and as soon as we stepped out it smelt absolutely disgusting. I don't know what it was but the whole floor smelt. All the windows in the corridors were open too so we aren't sure if smell was coming from inside or outside. Luckily the rooms didn't smell. Along the corridors there were huge spiders and cobwebs everywhere. It honestly looks like the place was shut down years ago. The room itself was badly in need of redecorating, the floor had not seen a mop in a long time. The bathrooms grout was mouldy and there was no toilet paper in either of our rooms. The bedroom wall was mouldy, the air conditioning unit was patched up with tape and the fridge was filthy. We honestly thought about leaving straight away and booking a different hotel but there's nothing around for miles. This was more like a hostel than a supposedly 5 star hotel

โรงแรมไม่ค่อยสะอาด น่าจะเป็นโรงแรมเก่าแล้ว แต่พนักงานบริการดีมากๆค่ะ

酒店的位置離機場20多分鐘還好，面積很大，配套設施完善，房間內乾淨，早餐自助能吃飽，同價位來説性價比算高的。入離手續方便簡單快速，點個贊

All in all, quite happy with the room & location. Very friendly staffs. I'd recommened.
