Never refurbish or repair the whole building, compared to 7 years ago on my last visit. Room is dirty and bathtub spoiled long time ago and not under maintenance at all. Not worth visiting nor stay.. Staffs are friendly, kudos to the!

The place I stayed at last night was really terrible and scary. It was basically an old, abandoned spot, not at all suitable for a family. All the facilities they provided were in really poor condition and not well-maintained.

It's not the age of the building, but the cleanliness. We were greeted by a dead cockroach in front of the door. The electricity was turned off. I had to climb and switch it on from the electric box myself. The floor was dusty and dirty. There were lizard droppings on the pillowcases and bed sheets, so we had to call the worker to change them. One of the air conditioners suddenly turned off in the middle of the night and could not be turned on again. For the price we paid, it was seriously not worth it. Even if it is an old building, cleanliness and services must be maintained.

Bad experience and worst to stay. Not worth single penny to stay. 1. Fees and surchange. I have paid for RM269 for studio suite. I have to pay another RM50 for additional because of the hotel policies. Total for my staying RM329 which is not worthing for this resort. It stated in the book, and I misread that. For you to book, think twice. 2. Spooky. The environment for the resort is not happening and spooky as hunted resort. 3. Breakfast. No buffet resort. You get nasi goreng ayam, 2 nugget, 2 sausage, banana cake and orange juice (cordial). Also, there is insectt in our breakfast. 4. Water park. It is okay. The price is RM35 for adult and RM25 for child. But still there are lot of section that cant be used. Again, if you want to stay, think twice. Total I have to pay is RM269 + RM50(surcharge) + RM50(2 tickets for children) was not worth to stay. 永安 has to review again for those has additional charged. Very disappointed!

從來沒有住過這麼差的酒店設施：老舊，電梯異動異常響，樓梯間水泥地面發黑 衞生：房間有小壁虎，衞生間有大蟑螂，進入房間就有一股發黴的味道，浴巾和毛巾都是發黑的，衞生紙發黴發潮， 環境：非常差，浴缸漏水，房間沒有Wi-Fi，沒有電視頻道 服務：前台到點下班，價格與服務完全不符，圖片與現實不符，建議大家不要定這邊。

Sgt membazir stay di sini 1 mlm. Tempat usang sgt bilik berbau, cadar Kotor mcm x bertukar, tandas pon Kotor!!. Menyeramkan mlm2 x dpt tdo dgr mcm2 area uma ats. Siapa yg berhajat nk stay sini..mohon pikir 100kali. Harga bilik tidak termasuk tiket theme park. Dewasa rm35 & kanak2 rm25 Mmg tidak akan kembali lagi. Membazir sgt rasa!! 😭😭😭

Servis teruk.Cadar bertompok Laluan ke bilik dalam bilik gelap dan suram Bayaran mahal dan tak berbaloi datang terutama cuti sekolah(siap sedia surcaj dan tiket theme park tak termasuk) Staf kaunter teruk dan tak sungguh melayan Bateri remote berkarat Kerusi di barenda koyak Tingkap d tandas pun tak secure org guna dlm tandas Highly not recommend!!!!!

Nice experience in 7 floor suite. Nice view and panorama. Feeling good in pool. But suite no towel floor to wipe foot. Air-conditioning very well. Some chanel tv not clear. At all experience not bad. Hope can come again.

The worst hotel ever with RM 200 on weekend.. - Towel soo dirty. Obvious stains - Room numbers broken, toilet pipe leaks -Aircond not cold, dirty,dusty, sticky and mouldy!!! - cockroaches everywhere inside the room - Receptionist not friendly
