1st impression when going to the reception, ugh is this a cartel hq or something. Maybe because they close some of the lights there so its a bit dramatic for the vibe that time. The room, 1st one to serve u is the old smell.. floor a bit oily, bedsheet, smelly. Cleanliness really have to improve. A/c, tv, bathroom, just fine for the budget.

I wish I took some photos during this 永安. The bed is worn out and mushy. The room doesn't smell great. It has the old damp smells. The washroom is super small to a point my knees almost touching the wall when sitting down on the toilet. It wasn't clean frequently cause of visible watermarks and grimes. Overall, I think this hotel need to revamp a lot on the interior furnitures, designs and cleanliness . I do not wish to come to this hotel anymore
