Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was negative due to a booking error. I accidentally selected the wrong date, and when I tried to change the reservation, it turned out that there were no available rooms on the day I needed. The cancellation policy was too strict, resulting in me losing money even though I didn't physically use the hotel's services. Despite not being able to evaluate the hotel myself, my friends who had previously stayed there spoke very highly of it. They noted the comfort and convenience of the accommodation, and also mentioned that the hotel offers 永安s to Mount Ijen, which is a significant advantage for travelers. Overall, although my impression was marred by an unfortunate booking experience, I hope other guests can avoid such situations and enjoy their stay at this hotel.
