The hotel was in a great location, right next to Plaza Espana which is a central location. The room was a great size for a central city hotel wonderful large shower room we had city views which were quite pretty at night. Perfect for a couple of days.

Service, location and room were spot on and we wouldn't hesitate to return. The pool should be called a plunge pool but otherwise great.

Pleasant Stay Despite a Rough Start When I made the booking, I requested a twin bed. However, the reply I received was that it couldn’t be guaranteed — and the tone felt quite unfriendly. It honestly made me want to cancel the reservation right away. Unfortunately, cancellation wasn’t allowed, so I decided to just go ahead and see how things turned out. To my surprise, we were given a twin room at check-in, and the staff on-site were actually friendly and helpful. The location is excellent — very convenient for buses and the metro. There’s even a stop for the A1 airport bus just one step away. The room was well-insulated and quiet, with a good air conditioning system. I was also impressed that they offered a pillow selection — something I’ve only experienced in Japan before. In the end, despite the rocky beginning, it turned out to be a good stay.

不好 空調壞了沒有提前告知 我晚上熱的睡不着 打電話才告訴我空調壞了 我花了一千五住的酒店 就這種服務？ 我找前台 那個黑人前台態度強硬 ，我説我晚上熱的睡不着 他們説他們也沒聽辦法。我説我要投訴 他們甩給我一張名片讓我自己郵箱聯繫！ 完全就是看不起我這種外國遊客！ 不給我解決問題！ 完全不是這個價位該有的樣子！
