設施和衞生基本符合要求。位置也不錯。 但服務是真心一般般。房間裏燒水壺，茶杯都沒，得問前台要，然後前台給你一個茶盤，上面放了2個紙杯，幾個袋裝茶，一個燒水壺，然後讓你自己拿上去。

We appreciate the staff very much for letting us check-in early since our flight landed early. The location is on La Rambla, walking about distance to Cruise Port. However, the time when we stayed, they were doing road construction starting 7am , it was super noisy and dusty. It was not the fault of the hotel at all. Another good thing was the entrance would be locked at 1900, I like this system as there's some dance club near the hotel

The room I got (112) had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. After a long struggle, I went to the reception and asked for a new room. There was a girl at the reception who spoke only Italian... She came to my room, poured toilet salt, shower cabin - ACID, sprayed some smell in the bathroom, closed the door and left. When I opened the door, a quantity of chemicals washed over me, my eyes started to burn, I started to cough... Even with the open window (in the bedroom), I was getting worse. I went downstairs again (now there was another person) who literally told me: you have two options: stay in the room where you can feel the acid or take another room where the heating is not working!!! I slept in socks and a hoodie, and in the end I threw up from the acid. I'm sorry, I didn't get one.
