Il vaut mieux payer un peu plus pour une auberge avec des chambres plus petites et mieux conçues. Très difficile de dormir quand il y a plus de dix personnes avec vous qui entrent/sortent constamment et que l'isolation n'est pas bonne. L'emplacement est parfait. Propre pour une auberge.

Das Hostel hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage ist Top, man ist direkt mitten im Zentrum und bei den Betten gibt es Vorhänge, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren bei mir im Kontakt leider nicht ganz so freundlich.

It was a pleasant experience. Overall great location, all necessary amenities and friendly staff. 3€ to rent a towel was a bit extra. Nice outside area to hang out for a bit and a good crowd to hang out with.

This was the best experience ever for me in hostels. Location is as good as you can imagine - restaurants of all types, ATMs, metro, laundry in on step and beach in near location. Hostel personnel are polite and helpful. There was air conditioning in lobby and rooms.

Это мой третий Safestay hostel. В прошлом году останавливалась в Passeig de Gracia. Они совершенно разные. И ещё в этом году была в таком же отеле в г. Порту в Португалии. Удобное заселение, наличные не принимают вообще. Не понравилось, что маленькая кухня и нет плиты для готовки. Холодильник маленький и полный, для такого количества туристов. Также в номере очень много кроватей, прямо слишком много. Хорошие душевые, некоторые со сломанной сантехникой. Нет геля для душа. По чистоте всё хорошо, зона ресепшн оформлена красиво. Свежий ремонт. Ребята на ресепшн доброжелательные, за это отдельное спасибо.

Overall, a good stay with a Few Minor Issues I stayed at Safestay Barcelona Gothic from June 17–18, 2025, in a 12-bed mixed dorm. The experience was mostly positive. ✅ Pros: The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which made it easy to get around. If you have an early flight (like mine at 08:30), this is a good place to stay as you can easily reach the airport in time. The dorm, bathrooms, and common areas were all neat and clean. Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. Definitely value for money. ⚠️ Cons: The check-in time listed in my confirmation email was 14:00, but they didn’t allow check-in until 15:00. This was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was not included in the booking. Overall, it’s a decent and budget-friendly option in a central area, especially for solo or budget travellers. I would recommend it for short stays.
