I didn’t stay at the hotel my reservation was meant to be from 9 to 10 of October and it appeared to be change to 5 to 6, very disappointed with your app as it was the first time I was using it! Hope this message will reach somebody

The hotel itself looks nice and the location is just outside the main touristic areas. Parking area is inconvenient and difficult to figure out. It took awhile for the Staff to explain clearly. The room itself was a bit small. And the airconditioning/ventilation wasn’t working well.

Good location high floor and nice view from the room room is spacious enough. I like the free access to Business lounge (for certain room types) which provide some food for dinner.

I made a reservation through 永安 for 1 night (2 days), but upon arrival the hotel informed me that it was booked as 2 nights (3 days), which would result in additional charges. Later, the hotel told me they would correct it to 1 night (2 days) and that no extra charges would be applied. They also took my card for deposit purposes but assured me that no payment would be made. However, on July 14th, I was charged twice: CHF 30 and CHF 46.8. Could you please clarify why these charges were made and arrange for a refund if they were charged in error?

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum perfekt. Die Lage ist erstklassig – zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat alle Wünsche prompt erfüllt – man fühlt sich hier wirklich als geschätzter Gast. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich mein Upgrade auf ein Businesszimmer – ein Eckzimmer mit raumhohen Glasfenstern auf zwei Seiten. Die Aussicht war einfach phänomenal, vor allem bei Nacht. Basel von oben in diesem Ambiente zu erleben, war ein echtes Highlight meines Aufenthalts. Dieses Hotel ist nur zum Weiterempfehlen, und ich werde es bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Basel ganz sicher wieder buchen!

前台服務很好 酒店電梯系統先進 交通便利 房間挺不錯 有些衞生存在問題 經常出遊不用酒店提供的浴室裝備 所以直接鋪上還能接收 總體來説還是很不錯！

Clean and simple city hotel. Nearby to tram, and have basement parking lots. Worth staying for a night to transit from Zurich Airport to Montreux to Zermatt.
