漢普郡庭院酒店及水療中心 (Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa)

Great hotel fir the price with lovely staff and great amenities - having to pay extra fir a late check-out is not great but that would be my only criticism of this Hotel - would love a balcony room next time!

Stay over weekend, restaurant staff not great

Clean and quite spacious room. Comfortable bed Smooth check in.

Everything is great, small shopping centre close by. Room is spacious. Would visit again.

Breakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests. Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer. I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast. Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise! Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village! It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through 永安 than the Tournament offer rate!

I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for staple rather than luxury. Large rooms, excellent facilities and well located for local amenities.

Stayed at the hotel for a stopover. Nice room, good breakfast. It would be great if the health club opens earlier during weekend. It only opens from 8.30am on Saturdays and Sundays. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel itself was fairly nice. Large rooms with colourful walls and a TV. Clean and tidy. Even with the heating off, the room was very warm and the aircon didn’t work. Food and drinks were very expensive, not worth the price. If the price was reduced, I could think about staying here under duress. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My family had a great time in Hampshire Court Hotel and Spa. The reception staff were excellent and super friendly. I could not thank them enough for moving us to a bigger room as I made a mistake of booking a smaller room for me, my husband and daughter. The room that we were moved into had a large balcony, nespresso machine, drinks on the house and comfortable bed The location is perfect and superb. It’s a 4 minute walk to a shopping centre and 5 minute walk and 10 minute drive to Festival mall. You’ll definitely won’t run out of options on what to eat. But most importantly, there are so many interesting place to visit nearby like The Vyne National Trust and Basingstoke Aquadrome to name a few The facilities such as swimming pool and spa facilities were clean, well maintained provide excellent service. Overall, we enjoyed our 2 night stay for a very reasonable price!

Staff were a little grumpy and room was a little old; carpet could have done with replacing. My room backed onto behind the building where apparently staff hung out or smoked, I heard a lot of loud conversations that I probably shouldn’t! Beds were comfy and they were fine with me bringing my cat, which was the main reason I chose it. Not terrible, not wonderful, did the job.
