Good service in terms of hospitality, big swimming pool and also good view if you're lucky. Breakfast quality and ATV field can be better.

A quiet getaway from Singapore. I had a room with a sea view and it is quite comfortable. There is a beach ball court and the staff and guests loved to play. The resort is about 15 mins from Sekupang Ferry. The property is somewhat run down on the outside but it’s fine inside.

房間很好，很乾凈，泳池乾淨衞生，健身房的設備有點少，但是夠用，靠海很不錯，沙灘落日很美，下次再來度假

Stayed the the resort for 4 days, the staff were super friendly and helpful. On the last day they granted us an extra one hour to check out. The massages offered were phenomenal, would definitely come back again for those. However, the hotel might be slightly run down in some places. The amenities looked good but the swimming pool water pumps were not on causing the temperature to be very centralised in some areas and a lot of debris to build up. Moreover, the hotel location was not very suited for my family as we had initially wanted to go to the different beaches. We ended up taking a 40 minute taxi to different places everyday, once even going to the other Harris hotel in Barelang. Overall, the staff was amazing but the other aspects were average. Would recommend this hotel for people who are just looking for an escape from busy life and planning to stay in the hotel.

位置很不錯，去市區活動距離半個小時左右。床品很棒，很舒適，房間空間大！空調和無線網給力！自助早餐種類不多，但是有特色，質量好。酒店是下午三點入住，早到是一般是無法辦理入住的。周圍設施除了泳池之外有些年份了，很多活動都沒人。

There is a Harris free shuttle from Sekupang ferry terminal to hotel. The staff are all polite, friendly and smiling. Our room Is Harris Seaview, its on the first level, so its easy acces to go in and out of the room. We had breakfast for two days, and the food they serving is just ok, im ok with it because i dont eat much for breakfast, just egg n toast is fine with me. For dinner, we have to order ala carte. Waiting time for food if you order ala carte take some time. It happened for both two nights we order dinner. But over all evrything is nice. The staff at the bar are nice, and the staff at the buffet as well. My daughter enjoyed the pool so much.

Comfortable mattresses, spacious room for family, water cooler readily avail for refill. Location is really too far away with nothing around, very dark at night. Not convenient. Hotel is old, no upgrading on all facilities. buffet spread is so so,, coffee machine not working well, egg station used wrong pan which a lot of carbon/black residue from pan stick on the eggs. There's shuttle bus service to central daily at 10am.

There was a stench when we walked into the room. Though we have no idea what smell it was, it was an unpleasant start to the horrendous findings that came after (please refer to photos attached). Room was very dirty, with a lot of stains everywhere, on the sheets, on the couch, on the chairs. Went to the pool, was told to collect towels with the assigned towel cards for the rooms but after swimming were told that the hotel had no more towels and were told to wait 30 mins for 2 towels. When the next batch of towels came, there were less than 5 to go about other hotel users and we didn’t manage to get any again, had to walk through the lobby to the lift while soaking wet. the pool chairs were all broken as well.
