沃達水療別墅 (Woda Villa & Spa)

酒店地點蠻好的，離小聖託里尼，還有海鮮店golden prawn 555都很近。房子看起來也是美的。但是套房共用泳池很尷尬，基本沒有下水。服務態度滿分，酒店早餐太差了，第一天還可以是自助選擇西式或者印尼特色早餐，第二天説是自助其實除了吐司麪包根本沒啥吃的，看到早餐根本就不是四星的標準…像二星…….. 然後浴巾臭臭的….根本沒法用感覺像沒洗乾淨又下雨那種潮濕的臭味。體驗感蠻差的.

Check-in was quite fast. Do note that a deposit is required. Lobby was undergoing renovations but it wasn't too bad. Other than the lobby (cos reno), it really is a very beautiful property. We opted for the studio villa as we wanted the higher walls for privacy. Room was very clean and spacious, bed with lots of pillows was comfortable for me. Room had two ac units which was appreciated as it definitely cooled down the room faster. Smart TV worked fine with loads of channels. Bathroom (& bathtub) was huge but the water pressure was a bit low on the shower/tub tap although was ok for the sink and toilet. Private pool was clean altho i think the wooden slats may need some maintenance work. We didn't encounter much mosquitoes, maybe there was one or two flying around on our last day. Our room came with two complimentary daily drinks at the restaurant which is smack in the middle of the resort. Breakfast was semi buffet. During check-in, you fill out this slip for each day for your choice of mains. If you want to change your choice, just go back to the reception desk one day before your scheduled breakfast to update your slip. Although there were 3 time slots, we actually came in much earlier before our alloted slot, and it wasn't an issue. Besides breakfast, we also had room service. The food was delicious and quite reasonably priced. Spent abt sgd12 total for nasi goreng and mee goreng. Something that I've never encountered at any other hotel was we had to sign an acknowledgement form when we ordered in, like to say we received 2 plates, 2 spoons etc. Not a big issue. The best part of Woda is the staff. From housekeeping to property maintenance to restaurant staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful.

毛巾和床單都蠻臟的，潔癖患者慎重。廁所有股味道。酒店放了很多香精在房間裏。坐了房間的沙發被蟲蟎咬了。不過服務人員態度不錯 拿來了醫葯箱消毒。

I booked 3 days 2 nights for my family of 4. The location was good which is near to all the attraction places. But if it rains, it is very difficult to commute for family with baby and toddlers. I had a hard time from walking in the villa due to no shelters and dangerous for small kids to walk by themselves on their platform. The via itself is nice however the aircon was not that strong. I have to on my small fans as my babies quite hot and takes a while for the aircon to cool off the room. Their staff was very good and helpful. 3 As for the food wise, bf was so so. Not much choices. And dry. We did not try their call in menu to villa as it was quite pricey. So we order via grab mostly. Overall i would rate 6/10.

I recently stayed at Woda Villa Batam and found the experience to be a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The highlight of the stay was the excellent service — staff were warm, helpful, and attentive throughout. That said, the villa’s cleanliness could be improved, and there were quite a number of mosquitoes during the stay. Some of the facilities and items were not well-maintained, which affected the comfort level. With some upgrades in cleanliness and maintenance, Woda Villa could offer a much more enjoyable experience to match the great hospitality of the staff.

房間隔音很差，後半夜3點隔壁還在大聲説説笑放音樂，床鋪被褥上有不同程度的臟污，酒店整體很小，中間的水上餐廳酒吧音樂聲還特別大，邊上一排別墅後面在下午可以持續聽到很吵的小孩聲音，是一次非常不理想的入住體驗

Came for Anniversary. Not bad in overall. Our stay at Woda Studio is a connected room with a 2 bedroom unit. On that day afternoon check in, the beside room was so noisy with loud music. Complained with the reception, and they took action to inform them. But still they are noisy the whole day. Breakfast not too bad, hope there is some improvement.

Firstly, the good points: the staff are very nice. Polite and friendly. The location is within 5-10 minutes walk of restaurants, warungs and shops. Now, the bad points: the rooms back on to some external disco venue. Loud music thumps through the night, shuts off in the early hours, then starts again at around 07:00 AM! Very hard to sleep. This was mid-week, not weekend. Not exactly peaceful. The rooms are lacking mirrors. The bathroom is lacking light. Hard to shave / wear make-up with poor lighting. The shower is just a hose on a stand. It doesn’t attach to the wall. Can’t have a standing shower. Weird. Hot water is warm only, not hot. Hairdryer not working. The private pool is cold. The bed is uncomfortable, old and hard mattress and the sheets are itchy. WiFi is slow. The breakfast is sparse. You have to order the night before - that’s right, you have to choose whether you want rice, noodles or western the night before, whether you want tea or coffee (just one cup). Never known anything like this before in a hotel. It’s not a small B&B, it’s a hotel. I want to choose my breakfast in the morning and sometimes I like tea, sometimes coffee. Why must I choose the night before? And why can’t I have two coffees if I want? It’s just cheap filter coffee. It should be free-flow, buffet style, like every other hotel. So weird. Other than that, the place is in desperate need of restoration / redecoration. It’s tired and worn out in a lot of places. Decking with holes in it and warning signs put up. I had a massage and, while it was good, it lasted only 80 mins and not the 90 mins I paid for. Last year I went to another hotel with private pool, beginning with “M” in Nongsa. That place is about 40 SGD per night more expensive than Woda Villa - but it is well worth it. In my opinion and being generous, Woda Villa is a 600-800k IDR per night place (if you can put up with all the shortcomings) - but if you’re paying more than that and/or want a comfortable night’s sleep - just go elsewhere.

Spent a chill weekend here and it was such a relaxing 永安 🧘 The private villa with pool is absolutely perfect for couples or solo recharge time. Room was comfy, wifi was meh and the music from the bar was loud at night. Breakfast provided was good. For the price? So worth it ✨ Would totally come back for a quick reset

We are newly married couple, so we have a short gateway from Singapore. We requested to have some special decorations on the bed and they did it, so lovely. They allow us to keep luggage before and after our check in timing. The receptionist is nice and friendly. Breakfast is order when you check in, given some choice and we choose American Breakfast, and surprisingly they have salad and dessert buffet as well. Food is quite okay. We book the spa (20% discount), they arrange us for couple room even we book different massage. Enjoyable spa time. The only bad things happen is the mosquitoes, as the lobby is open air space and when we waiting the registration and luggage storage, my husband get bitten more than 5 times. Thanks God we didn't open the door for long time, so nothing happened in our room. Location is near the Santorini, walking distance 7mins, got food near by there also.
