飯店內部的乾淨整潔度佳，飯店空間寬敞，服務員態度很好，早餐非常豐盛，種類很多，味道也很不錯！ 早餐的餐廳佈置更體現印尼的特色風情，印尼kue(粿）的味道好，顏色也好看。

定的使用行政酒廊的房型，三餐算是都解決了。晚上陪好友在露天區域坐下聊天很愜意。隔海就可看到新加坡，但是沿岸的水質很差，會時不時的飄過一股腥臭氣味。

住了一晚，床品和房間都很舒服，窗外可以看到美麗的港灣，樓下的泳池，風光很不錯。 一樓的餐廳用了午餐，印尼本地的食物 ， 味道好極了。 早餐真是一級棒的，非常豐富美味。 工作人員十分熱情，體貼周到。離新加坡很近，想着可以經常過來。 尤其喜歡印尼草本提取的傳統飲品，太純正了，印尼小哥也是十分熱情，真是早餐的一大亮點。 頂樓的酒吧也很不錯，環境保護很好，不嘈雜，挺適合坐下來飲一杯。 非常好的體驗，期待下次再能入住。

喜歡Marriott的房間佈置，空間很大又温馨 搭配整個面海𥦬景 躺在沙發上就可以欣賞海景 非常有渡假的氛圍 地理位置也非常方便 就在碼頭邊 吃喝按摩都在附近 是放鬆的好選擇

The hotel is located just above the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Checking in and out are simple and straightforward. The breakfast is good in terms of range and amount. Lots of other eateries around. Rooftop bar is very chill.

AMAZING SERVICE — went above n beyond for my bday! Really appreciate it!!! Location is near the harborbay, with walkable resto, minimart and (clean) massage parlor around. Breakfast spread was good too!

Unforgettable Anniversary Stay – Exceptional Service & Experience! We had the most amazing stay at the Marriott Batam to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. Their attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made our celebration extra special—including a complimentary anniversary cake that was such a sweet surprise! The hotel itself is stunning. We loved relaxing at the rooftop bar with its beautiful views, and the swimming pool was perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was another highlight—so many delicious options to choose from, catering to every taste. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. It’s rare to find service this outstanding. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Marriott Batam, for making our anniversary truly unforgettable!

The breakfast is the best with a wide selection of western, Asian and local delicacies. The location is super convenient as the hotel is just above the ferry terminal, you walk about 2 minutes from terminal to the hotel lobby. The room is very comfortable and spacious, had to request for late check out coz room so comfortable don't want leave. Batam Marriott is truly a top shelf 5 stars hotel.
