Dieses Hotel bietet nicht nur ein super nettes Personal sondern auch die beste Lage, um das Zentrum zu erkunden, zum Fährhafen nach Singapur und um abends direkt vor der Hoteltür das schrille Nachtleben umgeben von diversen Bars und Pubs zu genießen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist AUDI ( nein, nicht die deutsche Automarke …) sondern der unglaublich hilfsbereite Hotelmanager an der Rezeption. In allen möglichen und unmöglichen Lagen wusste er Rat und Tat und konnte stets gute Tipps geben, wo man gut essen gehen kann oder vieles andere mehr!!!

Very small hotel room and toilet. The room is like a budget hotel. Check in time is 2pm and I came at 3pm and had to wait 40 minutes to get into the room. The hotel receptionist only handled the check in process. Better find a better hotel in Batam for this price. Near with bar area.

Cleanliness very bad, stains on the blanket and mattress and the floor were so dirty wasn’t mopped and swept when check in. Aircon were not cold even at temperature 16, toilet smelled bad with mosquito roaming around. Very bad experience staying in Barelang, they should do something about it asap.

Dear Barelang hotel, jujur ini pengalaman terburuk saya nginap di hotel, kamar sempit tdk ada space ruangan utk salat, saya salat aja harus diatas kasur, dan itu saya maklumi krn harga kamarnya murah. E......, pas cek out resepsionisnya malah minta bayaran 120 ribu, katanya utk biaya minuman (pure) 1 liter 2 botol yg ada dikamar, padahal dari saya awal masuk kamar cuma menyediakan 1 botol minuman (pure) 1 liter besar dan saya tdk minum air itu bahkan minuman (pure) 2 free yg berukuran sedang yg disediakan pihak hotel saja saya cuma minum satu dan yg satu lagi blm saya buka atau tdk saya bawak, Mungkin mrk pikir saya blm pernah nginap di hotel kali. Mau heran tapi ini nyata dan menjadi sejarah terburuk saya selama menginap di hotel, bahkan utk ambil pesanan gofood aja kebawah harus nyeker krn gak ada sendal hotelnya😩. Utk kebersihan ok saya no coment Utk servis hotel pun juga ramah saya respect.

[30 Dec 2023] Horrible hotel looks nothing like the photos. Leakage near bed, bedsheet has a dusty footprint on it, whole place is dusty with layers of dust on window sill, bedframe and headboard. Hot water is not even working on cold rainy day! Location is near sleazy bars and clubs with the room completely not sound proofed you can hear sounds of your next door neighbour adjusting aircon and partygoers trying to get into their rooms! It was so bad that we booked another hotel right on the check in day and initiated cancellation on 永安 app at the request of the hotel only to be rejected by 永安! Terrible experience all in all.
