This is my third time back, which says how much I love Turi Beach Resort because of the lovely beach view from the room and how the beach feels like a private beach and so quiet. But this time round, I got a room right in front of the pool and near to the reception. The noise from the pool and several events held right beside the pool, with an MC and speaker blasting, really spoiled the tranquil ambience I was looking forward to - an escape from the city and its noise. I requested for a quiet room with a sea view, so I was really surprised with the room given. Perhaps the proximity to the swimming pool and breakfast buffet is a plus for others, but not for me as I don’t swim and I love to walk around the resort. While I truly am grateful to the staff for the elaborate and time-consuming birthday decoration, I did not really enjoy my stay this time round due to the noisy events held during the weekend. If you’re like me, do state that you would like a room away from the swimming pool in addition to a quiet room to ensure a quiet stay. Or perhaps the hotel could alert guests that there will be events held and what time so I could plan to be away during that time instead.

맨끝방이 당첨되어서 왔다갔다가 엄청 오래걸렸어요. 조식먹으러 가는데 걸러서 꼬박 5분정도 걸린듯... 좀더 가까운 방이었으면 더 편안했을것같아요!. 수영장이 너무 재미있었고 바다에 있는 그네는 낭만적이었습니다. 아일랜드 바 또한 괜찮앗어요. 조식 식당은 자연친환경적이어서 청설모같은 것도 보고 달팽이도보았습니더 박쥐도....! 부모님은 조식은 별루였다 하시긴 하시더라구요...ㅠ

너무 외져있고 방과 로비가 너무 멀어요. 식당도 마찬가지로 멀어요 걸어갈 정도는 됩니다. 제일큰 문제는 샤워시 가져간 필터를 모두 소진했어요. 하루있었는데 필터만 3개를 사용했어요. 한번 사용한 사진을 올릴께요.

- The place is clean , well-kept surroundings with nature like a lot of trees and the beach is very nice ambiance for you to relax. Relaxing atmosphere with quiet areas away from crowds.Friendly, attentive staff who make guests feel welcome. Will book again🤗

Greatest mystery of all time is how there’s good reviews for this property????? ⚡️避雷避雷 ⚡️真的是天打雷劈我的媽呀 This place is beautiful in theory but horrendous in execution and maintenance….. Firstly, the cleanliness was non-existent throughout. There was HAIR at the bedframe, random stains on the bedsheets and mirrors, and the corners were so dusty like they’ve never been wiped since the beginning of time. One of the twin beds had a weird smell, like it’s been fermented in smoke the night before. As you can guess, sleep wasn’t great (can’t believe I paid such a high price for insomnia). Secondly, the breakfast staff were unfriendly and didn’t seem to care that we couldn’t find a seat (had to scramble for a table and eat with the previous guests’ plates right in front of us). Also wouldn’t recommend dining at their restaurants, air had a musky smell and seems like it’s been YEARS since they’ve cleaned it. So tragic that they’ve let such a wonderful structure degrade like this over the years…. (Their fried fish with Kecap Manis sauce was amazing though 100% recommend)

食物不錯，房間也很舒服，一開門就可以看到美麗的海景。但房間去lobby的途中不方便，遇到下雨的時候必須撐傘才能走去lobby，沒有到設計一個可以遮雨的走 廊。然後我住的房間是在斜坡，當我去玩回來還必須走一個長斜坡才能回到我的房間，很累😅。

It is a nice secluded beach resort at the Nongsa side of Batam. It is well serviced by Nongsapura Ferry Terminal. The staff were great and attentive. But apart from that, the resort is very far from the City and from Beng Kong where all the fun places are. The seaview from the room was not as captivating as I would like it to be. The breakfast was normal - nothing fantastic. But I would say that the staff were absolutely lovely.

Despite the excellent services from the staff, the hotel itself is aged. Given by the accommodation price charged, it’s acceptable. However, the view is fantastic. We tried all three restaurants as well as visited the town center, the food in resort was up the notch in Batam. Price in restaurants is higher to the locals but compares to international standard, it’s still affordable - which reflects to some food ingredients aren’t the freshest. Lower the expectations, one will enjoy it fully.

Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful service and the resort has a very relaxed atmosphere. The Riani section of the resort is very peaceful. I was by myself and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Two pools, one older and one modern, both quite spacious. The food was good in both Taming Sari and Isabel. I would love to go back.
