Location is a big plus. Super close to Nagoya Hill mall, which give wide range of food and massage choices. However for a hotel opened 1 year ago, I would expect better maintenance. Bed sheet had a stain that can neglect. No hairdryer. Shower area is too small. Staff are super friendly though. Guard are nice.

Just opposite Nagoya shopping mall, super convenient just that need to illegal cross the road which is a bit dangerous. Bed was very comfy and clean only the place there they put the sugar and coffee and tea bags have a lot of ants. Hotel can consider putting anti-ants baits to remove the ants. Aircon is cold at night due to setting issues. The shower is not at constant temperature, sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold.

Booked Superior Queen Room with windows and requested high floor however receptionist gave me level 2 corner room with no window. Went back to the counter and request for change of room both receptionists expression knew they give me the wrong room and though I won’t be fussy about it. Their attitude and service was so bad. There is no mini fridge and hair dryer in the room too. The room is not soundproof can hear people talking at the lobby and loud closing door. But location was good. Very near Nagoya hill mall and other cafes. Affordable price too. Might consider book this hotel again if going back for short 永安.

酒店環境不錯房間也可以，就是隔音差廁所水的大小也差，床和枕頭非常滿意很舒服，如果你遇到週年紀念或者生日紀念可以在網上預訂房間叫他們可以幫你弄個小驚喜的天鵝毛巾😂

第一次給錯房卡，換了卡進入第一間房門一打開房間裏不好的味道非常大，窗戶不能打開透氣，床上和枕頭很多地方都有黃色斑點。 和前台溝通後更換新房間依舊有黴味，床單上還是有黃色斑駁，四個枕頭已經變形，味道非常難聞。 廁所水噴槍有黃色不明物體。
