巴淡市中心美爵酒店（2025 年 5 月開業） (Grand Mercure Batam Centre)

今年5月開業，觀感不錯 從巴淡中心碼頭步行大約10至15分鐘到達 房間較為寬敞 但需注意交通安全 建議延長健身中心開放時間

Service staff was excellent! Only the location is not that great. You have to jay walk to the nearest convenience store and although the nearest mall is less the. 2km away, it is not fit for walking

The hotel is superb! New and clean though a bit out of town. But with cheap car rate from Grab and Gojek, it's easy to access everywhere in Batam. Didn't have time to enjoy the hotel's facilities like the swimming pool and gym.

I had a very pleasant stay at this establishment. The service staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. A particular highlight was the security personnel, who went out of their way to stop traffic on the main road, ensuring we crossed safely during heavy rain. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you don’t mind the location; Grab cars are readily available for convenience

Had an amazing stay at Grand Mercure Batam Centre! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room with City View and requested for a higher floor, which they did kindly provide. The best part of the stay was most definitely the service. Everyone was really lovely and friendly, and any requests we had didn't go unheard. Even the security guards were friendly and helpful, assisting my partner to cross the road across the hotel by directing some of the traffic at one point. The breakfast we opted to try on multiple days of our stay was also overally pretty nice, there could be more options but the options that we did have were yummy and refilled often even on busy days. They have a very diverse and large selection of juices, teas, milk and even a coffee machine. Even the water was infused water which was very refreshing. The desserts and bread selection really stand out as well because of the large variety they had! There are even fresh fruits of various kinds beyond the typical hotel breakfast fruits. Highly recommend trying out the hotel breakfast at least once during a stay there. The only negative feedback we had is probably that we noticed some scratches on the furniture, parts of the wall behind the headboard had markings/scratches and had peeled. These were very small details that were on some of the other furniture or walls as well. While they weren't serious and didn't bother us, we hope that the hotel management will continue to maintain and lookout for these small details on the property once in a while. Even with that, it was a small matter as everything worked well and was really clean. It was an amazing stay! They also provide a shuttle bus service with 2 timings to Mega Mall Batam. However, One Batam Mall is also a 10min walk away and is fairly easy to navigate to/walk due to a pedestrian sidewalk on one side of the hotel entrance. Indomaret is also nearby for buying water; the hotel provides 4 glass bottles of water daily, it wasn't enough for us but we did not want to constantly bother the staff to be providing water. I would say that a water dispenser on certain floors would improve the sustainability efforts and reduce the need for requesting glass bottles from the staff or purchasing water outside. All that aside, we hope to stay again and can't wait to see Grand Mercure Batam continue to establish its place in the hotel industry of Batam!

The service was welcoming and accomodating, however, food delivery had to be self collected outside. Additionally, they allowed for luggage storage which was very useful to go shopping without baggages. Location wise, it is close to Mega mall - the hotel provides shuttle service to and from mega mall. However, it is ＞20 minutes ride to eateries like 168 & A2 foodcourt and other malls such as Grand Batam, Nagoya Hill which can be predominantly found in Nagoya area. For the room itself, it was quite dusty and did not have a good view (our view was a building that was still under construction). Amenities given were adequate and towels were changed. They replaced the slippers too, but I didn't use the new ones as I noticed a bug between the slippers (no issue though, as I just used the older slippers)

Wow Sexy Food‼️ 호텔뷰는 공사장뷰였지만 복도창문에서 🕌블루모스크뷰라니✨ 위치 선정 기가막혔다~👍 1박당 보증금 500,000루피아 였는데, 3박5일 일정이지만 마지막날 짐정리도 하고 샤워도 하고 싶어서 하루더 예약해서 보증금음 총 2,000,000루피아 냈지만 체크아웃할때 다 돌려받았답니다~(남은 돈으로 공항에서 쇼핑한 건 안비밀~!) 근처에 sate식당이 있어서 별도로 룸서비스 없이 고젝앱으로 배달시켜 먹었는데, 위치가 좋아서 그런지 20분도 안되서 도착했고, 커피포트가 깨끗해서 진매 작은컵도 먹었답니당..ㅎ ⚡️아! 그리고 1박당 물 4병 무료로 주는데 여기가 처음이에요👏

地方非常新，服務到位，保安工作非常好、房間質量非常棒，整體非常滿意，衹是空調不冷，我工作行程訂的三個房間一樣，空調不冷！櫃枱服務非常好，就是早餐貴了點，附近走過去都有華人華僑吃飯地方.因為是新區，沒有什麼地方可以玩，工作安排這裏不錯，給贊👍

新酒店，衞生乾淨，床品軟硬適中， 👫 酒店員工會主動幫忙拿行李，開車門，整體服務佳 🥗 早餐選擇略微少，希望酒店可以再提升一下 📶 提供免費WIFI 🚗 出行需打車，基本上幾分鐘車就到，十來分鐘就可以到商場或餐廳

Staff service was impeccable. Go the extra mile to meet your needs. However, the hotel cleanliness needs to be improved. Can see dusts in the corners. Also, sound-proofing is very poor! I can hear murmurings next door! Also, there was an event downstairs in the morning, and they began blasting music since 6am, which I can hear very loudly and totally disturbed my sleep.
