1st time stay here , will never come again.vwry difficult location. Far from food center. Also very upset all the plug can't use for charger the phone

When 永安 or hotel informed that booking was through “partner” Traveloka: worse than death threats are felt. 永安 ad Hotel compromised choice of room type, skin colour discrimination to language of deceptive implications. Hotel staff pretended not to speak English? Privacy is violated of people entering the room when away and dirty floor, damage bag or items, slander or insults received from hotel staff or guests while intrusion of sounds. My NGO colleague informed drinking water in hotel while some guests could use radioactive waves to inflict pain and worse. Deception of hotel further include different address or people in hotel to devices inflicting pain and need of medications because of hotels. Hotel staff reception was too eager persistent to provide room without ventilation while room lacked basic needs of hot water in toilet, safe air cooling while because of hotel prejudices: hatred and regret to places are felt.

The place is clean, comfortable, and suitable for solo or couple travelers. It's a great value for money, offering more than what other budget options provide.

The room was so dusty dirty.. and the last day of our stay there's no water been cut off!! So disappointed!! Will nvr go back there again.. make it the first & last experience!!!

Checking in was a breeze , but the room furnishing alittle bit old and there were spiderweb on top left hand of the bedboard . Overall room was ok , but they needed to reburbish the room as it badly maintained . My honest opinion .

My experience at that hotel was a total disaster. Every single room we saw had cracked walls, a leaking bidet, torn curtains, a barely working air conditioning, and stained pillows and bed sheets. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had to change rooms three times just to get away from the awful smell coming from the air conditioning. The hotel did not offer any compensation, and we had to pay extra to move to a different room with a working air conditioner. However, even in the upgraded room, all the same problems persisted. The receptionist even argued with us, saying that the hotel's manager scolded him for waiving the upgrade fee for the first night.

The exterior of the hotel feels ordinary, but the interior is good. It should be renovated and the room is relatively new, but the environment around the hotel is ordinary and it is not very convenient to eat.
