We had a fantastic family getaway at this hotel! The kids were thrilled with the amenities - one got a fresh haircut at the salon, while the others enjoyed a relaxing spa day. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a smoking area for those who needed it. Plus, the counter staff was incredibly friendly and patient, making our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Everything ia good except the Aircon is spoilt ,not cool at all. First night was nightmare very stuffy. I call the reception in the morning to ask for a new room but they send someone to repair the aircon. Thanks God, finally we can sleep peacefully on the 2nd night. Breakfast was average at the Panbill hotel.

checkin後發現冷氣不冷 下去跟他們説冷氣不冷要換房！他説等下他派人檢查先！並沒有要換房給你！然後來了檢查是骯臟！就這樣洗了半小時！！！晚上還是熱到醒！地理位置也沒説多方便

Everything is perfect …start from check in till check out…n this apartment is the only place in Batam that we ever stayed that provided minibar in the room….we will be back again n again….the staffs from the reception …..housekeeping…..security were very friendly n helpful…..oh yes the breakfast buffet was fantastic too.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The atmosphere was peaceful and very clean, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived. The scent in the lobby was fresh and pleasant — a lovely detail that made a great first impression. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

stayed here for 4d3n, about 15 mins from batam centre and its a distance from nearby malls such as grand batam mall and megamall. on the bright side, room is very clean and all the staff are very friendly and responsive towards requests, will stay again!

Not my first stay, and Panbil delivers perfectly every time. As usual, the staff are wonderfully friendly, the apartment is spotlessly clean, and the room itself is incredibly cosy, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommended for a consistently great stay!

When we checked in the first room, there was no towel in the shower room and the washing basin was stuck. Apparently, the hotel management has not cleaned and checked properly before admitting new guests. The services of the SPA was bad. My wife had told the massager 3 times that she was too strong but she still made my wife's back having a large area of blue. The foods served at the Italian restaurant was nice but we had to wait for one hour after ordering in order to receiving the foods ordered. This is too long and too inefficient!

We booked the Executive Suites with 2 bedrooms, it was an excellent choice! The check in process was fast and easy, which was a great start to our 永安. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. It had everything we needed and was well-maintained. The garden below was beautiful, it was great to just walk around. The staff were friendly, helpful the whole time. The breakfast was so good, with plenty of options, everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
