All good and food also very good

I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.

Hotel is getting old, exterior, interior,sheets, towels, everything are old. Breakfast can skip. Ask for face towels from housekeeping said must call front desk. Called front desk said no face towels but give extra bath towels. 😬

I had such a pleasant stay at hotel harmoni one convention batam! The hotel is spacious, clean and beautifully designed with a grand lobby that gives a luxurious feel. The rooms and comfortable and well-equipped, making it perfect for both short and long stays.

Clean, Convenient & reasonable price for stay, breakfast also not bad.

Buffet very good, my room air con is crazy loud and cranking.

As always, outstanding, and perfect for my needs... proximity to Batam Center facilities. Price-Quality Ratio unbeatable. Service by staff outstanding, in particular Lina Ria at Breakfast! I will happily return there in August 2025.

Location near batam center port walking distance like 15-20 mins. Room amenities provided as per advertised. Service quite nice can keep luggages if arrived too early however if there is option allow to have early check in will be much better but since room no availability so we only able to proceed check on after 2pm as advertised. Breakfast as usual, bread, coffee, mie and etc. maybe can improve the type of lighting from yellowish to more clear colour. Can get grab or gojek to travel arround.overall a night stay is comfortable.
